羊髀1隻 - 1 leg of lamb
乾麝香草1湯匙 - 1tbsp of dried thyme
粗黑胡椒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of coarse black pepper
粗鹽1湯匙半 - 1 and a half tbsp of coarse salt
原蒜頭2個 - 2 heads of garlic
迷迭香3條 - 3 sprigs of rosemary
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion
橄欖油適量 - olive oil
