今年最值得纪念的事，莫过于主持时段换到工作日的早班时事节目《爱谈天下事》。
一个人值班到两个人搭档是最大的变化。搭档是原班人马，我是今年才加入的。我知道我需要付出更多努力跟上步伐，所以最初的几个月，甚至每天凌晨两点就起床准备了。庆幸听众朋友还适应我们的合作。
早班的工作量也是极大的挑战。除了四小时的广播，一整天还要剪接节目的重点摘要、构思《打开天窗》的话题和短剧、安排《名师早点》和《职上云霄》的录音、邀约《开讲天下/法律议题》的嘉宾和拟定访谈大纲等等。
一年下来，做了超过200个访问，概括政治、经济、文化、教育、民生等课题。其中也有机会访问部长级人物及优秀的企业家，结识各领域的专业人士，每天都在增长知识、开拓视野。
今年早班还有一项创举，就是首办“#名师论坛”。虽然电台常年办活动，但都是配合节日庆典，属文娱性质。我们起初对于以时事课题为主轴的座谈会，能否吸引人潮是有保留的。结果反应超乎想象，实在让我们感动！
不敢说自己极具时事触觉，但主持这类型的节目是让觉得最有意义、也最有满足感的。谢谢早班给我的磨练，更感谢早班给我的滋养。明年依然有我的声音陪你上班！
