橄欖油,蒜 2,洋蔥 適量,青紅甜椒 適量,黑橄欖 3,香腸 2,意粉,茄汁 4 tbsp,番茄醬 2 tbsp,意粉水 3 tbsp,油,雞蛋 2,意粉
做法:
1. 在鍋加入橄欖油,蒜,洋蔥,青紅甜椒,黑橄欖,香腸,炒勻
2. 加入茄汁,番茄醬,意粉水,炒勻
3. 做炒雞蛋,加上意粉

※INGREDIENTS:
80g Spaghetti Noodle, 4 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste, 1/6 Red Paprika, 3 Piece Garlic, 1/4 Onion, 1 Egg, 5 Piece Black Olive, Little Bit Of Olive Oil, Salt, And Pepper
※PREPARATION:
1. Add olive oil to the pan and stir fry 2 sliced garlic in low heat.
2. Stir fry 1 handful shredded onion, 1 handful green/red paprika, 3 black olive and 2 sausage.
3. Stir fry 1 portion of cooked spaghetti and add 4 Tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 Tbsp tomato paste and stir fry
4. Oil the pan and cook egg mixture (2 eggs)
5. Place pasta over cooked egg.

材料:
牛扒 200g,橄欖油,蒜,牛油 2塊,洋蔥 1把,牛奶 300ml,芝士片 2片,鹽,胡椒粉
做法:
1. 將牛扒用鹽,胡椒調味,醃20分鐘
2. 用橄欖油煎牛扒,加入蒜,牛油,煎至理想熟度,切片備用
3. 在鍋分段加入橄欖油,蒜,洋蔥,牛奶,芝士片,鹽,胡椒粉,熟意粉
4. 上碟,加上牛扒片和baby greens

※ INGREDIENTS:
200g Strip Loin, Salt, Whole Pepper, Olive Oil, Garlic, 2 piece Butter, 1handful Onion, 300 ml Milk, 2 Sliced Cheese, Pasta, Baby Greens
※ PREPARATION
1. On a cooking board, season enough salt and whole pepper on steak (strip loin) and let it chill for 20 minutes.
2. Add enough olive oils and cook steak for 30 seconds each. When it starts to brown, tilt little to cook the side and flip each side for 1 minutes.
3. Add crushed whole garlic clove and add 2 piece of butter to the garlic side. Keep showering the steak with melted butter, and rub garlic on steak using tongs.
4. Slice cooled medium rare steak on a cooking board.
5. Add oil to the heated pan and stir fry thinly sliced garlic and onion. Then add milk, sliced cheese, salt, pepper and cooked pasta noodle.
6. Place pasta on a plate, add sliced beef on top and garnish with baby greens.
