食材份量 Ingredients
餃子皮300克 300g ready made dumpling skin
蟹味菇150克 150g Beech mushroom
雞髀菇120克 120g King trumpet mushroom
六條粟米 6 Baby corn
120克韓國泡菜 120g Kimchi
40克毛豆仁 40g Broadbean
一件普寧豆腐（布包豆腐也可以）1 portion of Pu Ning Tofu/firm tofu
四粒蒜蓉（切碎） 4 garlic cloves (diced)
調味料: Marinade:
1½茶匙蠔油 1.5 tsp Oyster sauce
一湯匙韓國泡菜汁 1 TBS Kimchi sauce
半茶匙麻油 1/2 tsp sesame oil
半茶匙胡椒碎 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
一茶匙生粉+2湯匙水 1 tsp potato starch + 2 TBS water
煎餃子麵粉水: Flour water mix:
一湯匙普通麵粉 1 TBS plain flour
兩茶匙白醋 2 tsp white vinegar
加一碗水，攪勻 1 bowl of water (mix together)
餃子醬汁: Dumpling dipping sauce:
三湯匙鎮江醋 3 TBS Zhengjiang vinegar
半茶匙生抽 1/2 tsp soya sauce
一茶匙糖 1 tsp sugar
半茶匙麻油 1/2 sesame oil
四片薑（切絲） 4 ginger slices (cut into thing strips)
