The Forage Cafe is all about honey infused dishes, from savory mains to desserts to drinks!! They use honey straight from their own farm to create various of recipes . All looks so interesting and yummy!
Featuring my lunch main course: St Louis Pork Ribs & Pork Bratwurst
Heavenly dish!
4-hour slow-roasted pork ribs, marinated with apple vinegar honey BBQ sauce, are so flavourful tender. Along with juicy, grilled bratwurst sausages. The fries were a little soggy but to my surprise, it's still very tasty! Im not sure why i kept taste some hints of jackfruit! It is really addictive!
Dessert: 13Honey Multifloral Honey Dark Chocolate Sponge Cake
Light, fluffy dark chocolate sponge cake perfectly coated with dark chocolate ganache and infused with their signature multi-floral honey. Chocolate craving for the day was satisfied!
Another highlight is the Forage Signature drink aka Multifloral Honey Citrus Jasmine with Yuzu Blossom Jelly & Passionfruit Pops. The fruity and floral aroma is so refreshing! Especially love the passionfruit pops that burst in my mouth! 💥
Forage Cafe's food truly exceeded my expectation! Must-try!
Ps: The Salmon Mentai Rice Bowl (one of the best seller) and Yuzu Meringue Tart will be on my next order list :P
