Rarely do brunch with friends, in fact, I think this was the first official brunch we've ever done together. I try to avoid going out to eat as much as possible just because you can never really control what is being put in your food. But on the rare exception that I do, I love it when the food is super good!

Late start to the day but its off to Bangsar to a place called 'Breakfast Thieves' for what was supposed to be brunch which really turned into Lunch. Chilling with the peeps:

Talked about the different nationalities we are all made up of. Most of us are Eurasian, but if there is anything you should know about Malaysians, is that we all have so many different mixes in our blood. Rarely do I meet someone who is a mix of JUST two bloods.
Larissa was also telling us about her crazy boyfriend who would turn up out of the blue in the most unexpected places. And Brandon just added to the story in the most hilarious way! Such a good laugh listening to all the craziness that happened. This is why brunches are the best!
Then it was off for a MALAYSIAN BIRTHDAY PARTY!! With a Malaysian birthday song and all. At my age people hardly ever have decent parties anymore so it was a real treat to be able to attend one.
Started off by going out into the play ground and doing some painting. My friend Sophia is an artist so it only seemed fitting that for her son's birthday she would have some art in the mix. It was amazing to see how the kids put colours together to make the different fruit they wanted.
Ended the evening with some amazing birthday cake to top off the amazing morning of Malaysian brunch. And thus concludes the first official vlog of 2017.
