Finally completed all the orders for this Xmas. Pistachio is not an all-popular flavor but it’s been one of the things that I want to play with. And it was heartening to know that the cake went well even for those who don’t usually fancy nuts. Not sure when will be the next time I can do rolls again but we shall see 😆
