How to Make Bavarian Cream

3 tbsp Water
2 Egg Yolks
75g Granulated Sugar (2.6 oz)
300ml Milk (1.27 cups)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Brandy
150ml Heavy Cream (5.1 fl oz)
4 Strawberries
1 Kiwi Fruit
¼ European Pear
½~1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Kirsch - a type of brandy made from fermented cherries
