Resepi Gegelang Bawang Celup Tepung | Tempura Onion Ring Recipe

Bahan-bahan
1 biji bawang holland
1/4 cwn tepung gandum
1/4 cwn tepung goreng serbaguna
1 sb serbuk penaik
1/2 sk garam
1 biji telur
1 cwn susu segar
3/4 cwn serbuk roti
Minyak masak (secukupnya)
Cara memasak
1. Hiris bawang setebal 2 cm. Ceraikan bawang dan ketepikan.
2. Campurkan tepung, tepung goreng serbaguna, serbuk penaik, susu segar dan telur. Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa. Gaul sebati.
3. Celupkan gegelang bawang ke dalam adunan tepung. Kemudian, salutkan ia bersama serbuk roti.
4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga keperang-perangan.
5. Angkat dan letakkan bawang goreng ke atas tisu dapur. Biarkan seketika supaya tisu dapat menyerap minyak lebihan.
6. Bawang goreng celup tepung siap untuk dihidangkan dengan sos tomato, mayonis atau sos keju.

1 holland onion
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup of all-purpose frying flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 nos egg
1 cup of fresh milk
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
Cooking oil (as needed)
Cooking methods
1. Cut onion into 2 cm slices. Separate the onion slices into rings and set aside.
2. Mix flour, all-purpose frying flour, baking powder, fresh milk and egg altogether. Season with salt to taste. Mix them well.
3. Dip onion rings into the flour mixture. Then, coat them with bread crumbs.
4. Preheat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
5. Lift them up and place on a kitchen towel. Set aside to let the kitchen towel absorbs the excess oil.
6. Tempura onion ring is ready to be served with tomato sauce, mayonnaise and cheese sauce.
