將我Kouign Amann嘅第一次比咗佢🤭
本來想去 @manresabread 食Monkey Bread🐵 卻愛上了它們的Kouign Amann(圖3), 即是牛角包麵團的牛油和麵包皮中間, 再摺疊一層砂糖!😍 可想而知, 它經過烤焗之後, 是超級酥脆, 還有一點焦糖效果🤤
Came for the Monkey Bread🐵 but fell in love with the Kouign Amann instead😍
This was actually my first time trying a #KouignAmann. Flaky layers of croissant dough layered with an extra dusting of sugar❤ So much caramelization going on here.
Wonder if it was wise to offer my Kouign Amann virginity to Manresa🤔 cuz it'll be quite a feat to find anything better than this😌 @ Manresa Bread
