中秋节的韩语是“한가위(Hangawi)”，即春节、端午节及中秋节就是韩国的重大节日之一。

中秋节前一天
我们全家人一起吃丰富的晚餐
尤其是🐟、🍤、🥩、菜伴上鸡蛋做成的《煎饼》
都是下酒的小菜🤩
之后欧姆尼就jio一起做 《松糕》
这是我的制作松糕初体验😍
里面放了芝麻+汤、大豆、绿豆
有点像我们的ang ku kueh🐢🤣
欧妈教我做、还告诉我说韩国人有一种说法：
“如果你的松糕做得美，将来的女儿也会长得好看”
女儿、媳妇都会在一起手工制作✌️
很好玩一下😜
韩国人也有个习俗
中秋节当天都跟夫家一起庆祝
女儿们会在中秋的隔日回娘家
所以，
我们明天一早就开车回外婆家（家婆的欧姆尼）

Another craving before I pop! Hahaha. The other day was Radish Cake, this time it’s Ang Ku Kueh 😝 I still have Yam Cake on my pending list 😅 This time I’m using plastic mould to make, the shape is not as “fat/thick” as the wooden mould though but taste wise, as good as before! ❤️ Skin is made with glutinous rice flour mixed with Japanese Sweet Potato.. Yum Yums! 💯
