大家好～
小弟最近在看智慧型手錶
但市面上太多選項
爬文越爬越疑惑
乾脆直接上來請教各位大神
拜託大家幫忙推薦！
主要需求：身體狀況監測，特別是睡眠、壓力，準確度是最重要的部分，其他關於支付、
聽音樂等等，小弟通通用不到，偏好手錶>手環
預算：10k以內，但如果很符合需求可到12k
選手1 ：apple watch s7
潮，但準確度好像蠻少討論
s8剛出，似乎是入手s7的好時機
續航bad，但小弟習慣回家就脫手錶充電，應該還好
選手2 ：fitbit sense 2
相對少人討論，原本不太注意，覺得與其買fitbit不如買garmin，至少是台灣製
結果昨天爬文時看到板上曾有一篇推fitbit關於睡眠的精準度，頓時動搖

選手3 ：garmin venu sq 2
跟garmin其他手錶比，功能齊全且價格實惠，看了實在好生火
不過就睡眠監測的準確度，似乎有板友曾說garmin不如fitbit，不知道現在是否有改善？
選手4 ：華為 GT 3 Pro
準確度似乎也比garmin好？
身體狀況讓習皇、解放軍知道應該還好
但大陸品牌還是有點猶豫，不過如果準確度比garmin好，還是會選準的那個
以上是我爬文後的想法
但因為實在沒有用過garmin以外的品牌
單就睡眠監測的準確度
似乎是fitbit > 華為 > garmin
apple watch準不準就不確定…
不知道上面的資訊有沒有錯誤
就小弟的需求選擇哪一位選手比較好呢？
