因為太鐘意旅行，我以前成日轉工。轉到自己都唔明，到底要辭職辭到幾時，直至上年番返香港，流浪覺醒，先知自己要做彈性更大的工作。
沒有以前的工作經驗，沒有今天的自己。世上沒有最好的工作，只有最好的心態。我冇野叻過人，唯一覺得自己唔怕死。
遇過旅行時的情緒高低起伏，深知心理健康的重要。從我開始教運動，便志在推廣身心健康。今天新logo design了出來，靈感也來自自己的過去。
流浪過後，身體開始出現紋身，有一個「pulse」在手腕，提示自己還「存活」。"BeInsane"也是形容自己瘋癲的另一面，一天存在，一天瘋狂。
Logo的「分號」代表一句明明可以完結的句子，但作者選擇不作結。句子代表生命，作者是你自己！
不要放棄。無論，如何。感受心跳，一起瘋活。
人之間就是互相影響，我真的不知明天會怎樣，但至少今天，我存在過。

While as the semicolon represents "a sentence the author could have ended, but chose not to" (by a nonprofit movement project Semicolon, promoting mental health). The author is you and the sentence is your life.
