暗瘡為不少人帶來煩惱,除了影響外表,遇上頑固的石頭瘡更會紅熱腫痛,石頭瘡屬於聚合性痤瘡,比一般暗瘡體積為大,按下去較硬身而且有可能出現紅腫疼痛,因為閉口無法擠出膿頭,消退時間比較長。
中醫理論認為石頭瘡與氣血虛弱有關,氣血循環欠佳令體內產生瘀血,別以為生暗瘡因為熱氣引起於是飲涼茶解決,寒涼之物會令陽氣內伏,反而令問題惡化,需要做的是活血化瘀再調補氣血使膿頭托出,繼而清熱解毒。
想預防石頭瘡形成,還是要養成健康生活習慣,作息定時,避免熬夜;早晚洗面,記得徹底卸掉化妝及防曬霜;避免進食生冷食物以免寒氣及濕氣在體內形成;進行適量運動,改善身體氣血運行,運動排汗亦有助推出皮膚的深層污垢。
紓緩石頭瘡茶療
功效:涼血消腫,紓緩石頭瘡症狀。
材料:赤芍9克、生地12克、黃芪9克
做法:材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800毫升水,加入所有材料,武火煮滾轉文火煮40分鐘。建議一星期飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。

Dealing with the stubborn cystic acne
People view acne as a nuisance because acne affects a person’s appearance. Those with the more stubborn cystic acne might even experience pain and swelling. Cystic acne is a type of acne conglobate and is larger as compared to regular ones.
When a person presses on a cystic acne, he or she can feel its hardness. The acne might also swell and cause pain. Since there are no openings on the acne, the person cannot squeeze the pus out. This also means it will take longer for the acne to go away.
The Chinese Medicine theories believe cystic acne is related to the weakness in the blood and qi, as the lack of circulation in the qi and blood would cause blood stasis. In fact, it might further aggravate the skin problem as foods and drinks that are cool and cold in nature can disturb the yang energy. It is important to invigorate the blood and clear the stasis first before replenishing the qi and the blood. By doing so can encourage the formation of the opening and subsequently the removal of the pus.
To prevent cystic acne from forming, we still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Keep your biological clock on track and avoid sleeping late. Cleanse our face every morning and evening, and remember to remove makeup and sunscreen thoroughly. Avoid eating raw and cold foods to prevent cold and damp air from accumulating in the body. Exercise regularly to improve the circulation of the qi and blood. Sweating can also flush out the dirt accumulated on the skin.
Stubborn cystic acne healing tea
Effects: cools blood, relieves the symptoms of cystic acne
Ingredients: 9g red peony root, 12g rehmannia glutinousa, 9g astralagus
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.

Visited the little one today & the key take away was, our gynae said that she should arrive in 10-14 days!! 👶🏻

As she's engaged & being upside down, I've been feeling pains & tightness/ hardness right under my right bust. Gynae said that she's kicking hard so to get further into the pelvic rim. The area she's been kicking is where the liver is & pushing up my guts up at the same time, it is advisable to take smaller meals & less oily food to avoid heartburn & indigestion.

I've red patches around my ankles for a few days now but no swollen feet. Gynae says it's due to increase of heat in the body from the placenta & not water retention like I was initially told. So I don't have to cut down on walking!

[How to make]
1. First, divide 5 eggs into egg white and egg yolk, and weigh 80g of granulated sugar.

3. Put 80g of butter in a container, 80ml of milk, heat in a range of 600w for 50 seconds, mix and dissolve.
4.Put the egg yolk and mix well, then put it in the meringue and mix well
5.Bake a cooking sheet in a 16cm x 16cm mold, an aluminum sheet on the bottom, bake water in an oven dish and bake at 302℉ for 60 minutes.

【作り方】
1.まずは卵5個を卵白と卵黄に分けておき、グラニュー糖80gも量っておく。
2.卵白でメレンゲを作ります。先程作ったグラニュー糖を全て加え、8割位の硬さでメレンゲを作る。低速で混ぜてきめ細やに作る
3.容器にバター80g牛乳80ml入れレンジ600w50秒加熱し混ぜ溶かし、薄力粉65gココアパウダー15gを篩い入れ混ぜる
4.分けておいた卵黄を入れ良く混ぜて、作って置いたメレンゲに入れて更に良く混ぜます
5.16cm×16cmの型にクッキングシート、底にアルミシートをし、オーブン皿に水を入れ余熱したオーブン150度60分焼く
6.焼けたら完成です

Jasmine taught us the recipe for the Saint Lucian version of "bakes", a traditional Caribbean breakfast treat. They are very quick and easy to make, which as a mom I am thankful for! I made them a little smaller and flatter than the recipe so they were easy to eat for my kids.

レシピ:
材料(6個分 )
コンビーフ(1缶)
小麦粉(375g)
ベーキングパウダー(23g)
バター(55g)
ガーリックパウダー(2.5g)
オニオンパウダー(2.5g)
ぬるま湯
1.小麦粉とベーキングパウダーをふるいにかける。
2.砂糖と塩を加える。
3.室温に戻しておいたバターを加えて混ぜる。
4.ぬるま湯を加えながらこねる。
5.ぬるま湯を調整しながら、耳たぶの固さ位になるようにこねる。
6.コンビーフを缶から取り出し、ほぐす。
7.ガーリックパウダーとオニオンパウダーを加えて混ぜる。
8.生地を6等分して丸める。
9.生地を平に伸ばしてコンビーフを包む。
10.形成したら油(170℃位)で揚げる。
Recipe:
Ingredients (makes 6 bakes)
1 can corned beef
375g flour
23g baking powder
55g butter
2.5g garlic powder
2.5g onion powder
warm water
1.Sift the 23g baking powder and 375g flour.
2.Add 8g sugar and 6g salt.
3.Add 55g room temperature butter and knead.
4.Knead while adding warm water.
5. Continue to knead and add warm water until the dough reaches the same hardness of your earlobe.
7.Remove the corned beef from the can and mash it
8.Add 2.5g garlic powder and 2.5g onion powder and mix well.
9.Round the dough into six equal parts.
10.Flatten though dough and wrap around the corned beef.
11.After forming a ball around the beef, deep-fry at 170℃ .

Ingredients(for 5 servings)
・500 grams All-purpose flour
・25 grams Salt
・250 ml Water
・1 White flour (to use for dusting)
How to make Udon noodle.
①These are the only ingredients. Thoroughly dissolve the salt into the water.
②Gradually add the water to the center of the all-purpose flour (leave behind 50 ml for later.)
Stir together with you hand to break up the clumps.
③If there are clumps, break them apart. If the flour turns somewhat yellow, as seen in the picture, it's okay.
Pour in the remaining 50 ml of salt water.
④Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Fold it over, push it out, and repeat.
If you put it in a plastic bag and step on it to knead, they will become firm and chewy.
⑤Once you have finished kneading the dough, put it in a plastic bag and let it sit for 1 hour.
⑥If making this in the summer, let it sit for less than an hour. If making this in the winter, you should probably let it sit for longer.
⑦Once the time has passed, gently knead the dough again and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
If you skip this process, the next step will be pretty difficult to perform (if you stretch it out, it will move back into place).
⑧Use a rolling pin to spread out the dough to 3mm thick. Do your best to make the thickness uniform! I used a large wooden pestle as a rolling pin.
⑨Dust a large amount of flour onto the rolled out noodle dough.
Fold the dough like an accordion and slice strips of dough with a knife.
The thickness and width should be about 3 mm.
⑩After slicing the noodles, if you bundle them into individual portions, they will be convenient to manage.
Before you will be boiling the noodles, dust with a lot of flour.
⑪Boil the noodles in a pot of water for about 8-10 minutes or until they are done.
When you are testing the hardness of the noodles, please dip them in cold water.
⑫Once the noodles have boiled, drain the water and rinse with running water to cool them off while at the same time rinsing off the slime.
Arrange in a bowl and they're done!
