Cake & Dessert always make me happy. Recently I get to try homemade banana bread. The banana bread was cushiony soft, a little fluffy and moist within. Well, unlike too many out there, this Fifi's Vegan Banana Bread meet my expectations. The banana bread has a unique flavour that makes it a comforting treat to enjoy—even on its own.

Ingredients:
wet ingredients :
300g Banana
100g oat milk
80g oil
160g beet sugar
dry ingredients :
100g chickpea flour
260g rice flour
40g almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 bananas
Instructions:
1. blend all the wet ingredients in a blender.
2. combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with the wet mixture.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 45 minutes
4. Enjoy!

オートミルク 100g
オイル 80g
甜菜糖 160g
ベサン粉 100g
米粉 260g
アーモンドプードル 40g
ベーキングパウダー 大さじ1
バナナ 2本
「作り方」
１、バナナ、オートミルク、オイル、甜菜糖をブレンダーで混ぜる。
２、粉系を篩にかけ、１と混ぜ合わせる。
３、180℃で45分くらい焼く。
４、エンジョーイ！
