準備回台灣了，想開始慢慢介紹和紀錄我在溫哥華這邊的一些點點滴滴📝
這是我這次回來最愛的早午餐：OEB Breakfast Co. 好吃到我當天晚上回家還打開menu想著下一次去要點哪一個⋯結果過兩週又去了💁🏻♀️我兩次都點班尼迪克蛋放在薯條和芝麻葉上，配煎干貝和培根🌱🥰
So good I went back again in two weeks. Defs my fav brunch place so far in Vancouver. 🌞

✍🏼️The interior design was gorgeous, while the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing! French toast wins for the presentation and could definitely satisfy your sweet tooth, but it’s the sourdough toast topped with truffle hummus, sautéed mushrooms & greens that won my heart🤤💕

這家餐廳的環境以及氣氛很舒適明亮，不會讓人有狹小擁擠的感覺～雖然大家對他們家的法式吐司讚不絕口，但由於吐司是採用油炸的方式烹飪，所以口感會比較油膩！班尼迪克蛋則表現的中規中矩，口味略鹹～個人比較推薦他們的 mushroom truffle，因為松露味十足而且口感很豐富、濃郁，讓人吃得意猶未盡(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

Of course gotta go and eat all the food I've been craving for 2 weeks on my 1st day out! Featuring: super cute toast brunch, shabu shabu dinner with my friend Day, and black sesame shaved ice dessert! Also bought so many Winnie the Pooh goodies from the Daiso too~
隔離結束就是要大買和大吃一頓！和我和我好朋友Day一起去吃好吃的厚片早午餐，老字號刷刷鍋 + 超～讚的黑芝麻雪冰甜點。當然在韓國大創也不小心的買了很多可愛的小熊維尼系列商品🤣

Part 2 of the Home Cafe Blueberry Series! It's super easy to turn these simple pancakes into lovely desserts with the touch of some fruits, fresh blueberries and honey drizzle. I found this fluffy pancake recipe and the pancakes turned out to be thick and soft using the aluminum foil mould.
藍莓甜點系列第二集。用水果，蜂蜜，和新鮮藍莓就很簡單就可以把家裡的鬆餅變成可愛又高級的甜點！把鬆餅做的又厚又鬆的小撇步就是用鋁箔紙的模型來煎和定型鬆餅厚度～雖然不是像舒芙蕾鬆餅那麼鬆但是吃起來更有口感！
