✨ Merry Christmas - Secret Santa ✨

There are many Christmas parties this week, exchange gifts are a must-have for each year, and have a great time with great food and friends with friends.
I had a lot of delicious food at sister Erin's party, and also changed to facial mask and lotion!!! Just a lack of these two maintenance items ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Exchange for small gifts with the Latincouver , already know who the host is in the previous week, he will come out his list of hope, we little angels can go buy the gift she wants, then I received a pig!!!!!

My supervisor was very thoughtful and gave me a little gift for the hard team. I am very moved to work hard to be seen (spilled flowers ❤️❤️)

On this afternoon, our hr also talked to us about what activities have been done here in the year, and so sad that a super event director is coming to open this family. The emotional time is filled with a lot of not. Because of this girl from Colombia, every event is hard and his personality is so cute! I am very sad to know him only for two months, but I am lucky to meet you. I cherish this encounter, and my good partner wishes you to go to the new place!

It was a great thing to be able to serve in the Latin team in 2019 thank you so much! It's a good time.

I held a small exchange gift party on Saturday night, invited my classmates and roommate to come to play together. After drinking, everyone went from shy sheep to a wild wolf, playing UNO and playing UNO. Hahaha ha ha ha ha!! Happy laughter with a joyful atmosphere, celebrating Christmas with friends from different countries, enjoy in such moments ❤️❤️

UNO MAS’s new 6-course ; “Chef’s Seasonal Tasting Menu” offering some of the best flavors and ingredients from Spain and the Mediterranean. Please kindly see the photos for the ‘oh so delish’ dishes. The price is 1,950++/person and wine pairing to go with each course is 1,290++/person (additional).

My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the 6-course being served to our table as much as we enjoyed spending our time together, seeing Bangkok’s panoramic view at night. Thank you UNO MAS for the delicious dishes and the excellent service you provided all along.

Will definitely coming back here! xx 💋

แต่ก่อนออนชอบขึ้นมาร้านอาหาร Rooftop ที่โรงแรมนี้มาก เพราะออนชอบการมานั่งกินอาหาร พร้อมดูวิวในเมืองสวยๆ แถมไม่ต้องเดินทางไกลอีกด้วย คราวนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ออนได้มาทานที่ UNO MAS โดยจะทานเป็น Chef’s Seasonal Tasting Menu ที่มีด้วยกัน 6 คอร์สนั่นเอง โดยเมนูจะเปลี่ยนตามฤดูกาล ดังนั้นมาดูกันว่าตอนนี้มีอะไรบ้างค่ะ

- Spheres Olives
- Strawberry Salmorejo Soup
- Creamy Bomba Rice with Pyrenes Wild Mushroom
- Pan-Fried Wild Turbot Fish
- Spanish Rubio Gallega Rib-Eye
- Seasonal Red Fruits

เมนูทั้งหมดในคอร์สนี้ค่ะ
ส่วนตัวออนกับแฟนชอบ Strawberry Salmorejo Soup กับ Rib-Eye มากกกกกกกกแบบมากกกกกกกกก ตัวซุปจะเป็น Maine Lobster ชิ้นใหญ่ๆมาให้ เน้นว่าใหญ่ๆเลย แต่ไม่ใช่มาใน Lobster Bisque นะ เพราะเค้ามาในซุปที่เป็น Strawberry ซึ่งมัน Amazingly เข้ากันมากกกกก ดีงามมากกกกกก แถมมี Balsamic pearls กับ fig ให้ด้วย กินด้วยกันคือดีงามมาก ไม่เคยคิดว่า Lobster จะเข้ากับ Strawberry ได้ขนาดนี้ ดีงาม น้ำตาไหล 🦐🍓

ในส่วนของ Spanish Rubia Gallega Rib-Eye 🥩 ออนกับแฟนเลือกแบบ Medium-Rare ค่ะ ในจานจะมี Potato mille-feuille มาให้ทานควบคู่ พร้อม Black garlic และ garlic purée บอกเลยว่าเนื้อนุ่มมากกกก ปกติออนชอบเนื่อติดมันเยอะๆ แต่อันนี้นุ่มได้แบบไม่ต้องติดมันเลย ที่สำคัญมันฝรั่งและซอสที่เสิร์ฟมาลงตัวสุด

ปิดท้ายด้วยสายของหวานแบบออน กับ Seasonal Red Fruits ที่เสิร์ฟมาพร้อม Yogurt Ice-Cream จานนี้ปิดท้ายได้ฟินมากกกก เพราะออนชอบกินโยเกิร์ต และไอศกรีมโยเกิร์ตอยู่แล้ว พอมากินคู่กับผลไม้ตระกูล Berries คือดี คือฟินมากก หวานๆ เปรี้ยวๆ ฉ่ำๆ

ลืมบอกไปว่าที่นี่เป็น Rooftop ก็จริง แต่ไม่ร้อนนะคะ เพราะเค้าเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้เราได้นั่งกันสบายๆ ไม่มีเหงื่อไหล ตัวเหนียว หน้ามันแน่นอน

ดังนั้นใครกำลังมองหาร้านอาหาร Rooftop ใจกลางเมือง พร้อมวิวสวยๆ แถมอาหารอร่อย มีให้เลือกทั้ง A La Carte และ 6-Course ก็ลองดูที่ UNO MAS กันได้ค่ะ
