氣虛人要健脾補氣

Those with qi deficiency should strengthen the spleen and replenish qi
Who seems healthier? Person with a high or low voice volume? The answer is the one with a high voice volume. The theory of Chinese medicine believes that qi in the human body is related to the health of the spleen, lungs and kidneys. People with qi deficiency body condition have weak qi. They usually speak in low volume, have shortness of breath after walking just a flight of stairs, and seem too out of breath to sing. In addition to shortness of breath, qi deficiency can also lead to many symptoms. Want to know if you have a deficiency body condition? ☐Bloated face, pale and dull complexion

如何打通任督二脈
有看過武俠小說的話,對「任督二脈」一詞不會感到陌生。小說中的人物只要能「打通任督二脈」,武功就能突飛猛進。究竟任督二脈在哪裡?任督二脈的確存在,屬於中醫奇經八脈的兩條脈,督脈是由下而上走在身體背面中央的奇經,調節全身陽氣;任脈是由下往上走在身體前面中央的奇經,調節全身陰氣。任督二脈幫助調節十二經脈,任脈主陰,督脈主陽,所以任督二脈運行順暢,人就在健康的狀態。
在中醫理論中,有兩種養生方法是與任督二脈有關的,一是舌舔上顎,因為任督二脈在口腔內有一個交匯點,用舌頭輕輕抵在兩個上門牙後約一厘米處,就能搭通二條經脈,而舌舔上顎時口腔自然分泌口水,將口水吞下可滋潤臟腑,達到養生的目的。
另一方法是提肛,任督二脈起源都在會陰附近,所以每天練習提肛,有助血氣運行,做法是將肛門口重覆收緊放鬆,就像忍大便的感覺,無論坐著站著都可以做,每天做數分鐘,尤其對改善肛腸疾病、痔瘡、小便失禁、產後鬆弛有幫助。
The governor vessel moves from bottom of body to top in the back and regulates the body's yang qi. The conception vessel moves from top of body to bottom in front and regulates the yin qi. These two vessels help to regular the 12 meridians too. If these two vessels are flowing well, the body will also be in a healthy state.
There are two ways to keep the conception and governor vessels healthy, one is through the top of the mouth. There is a meeting point in the mouth. Take your tongue and place it about 1cm behind the two front teeth. As your saliva forms, swallow it to nourish your organs.
Another way is to lift the anus as both vessels originate near the anus. If you exercise the anus daily, it helps qi and blood circulation. You can relax and tighten your anus as if you are holding your bowel movement. You can do this while you are sitting or standing for a few minutes each day. This helps to improve anal or intestinal illnesses, hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, and postpartum looseness.
