Have a cheat meal!

Imagine this, it is completely unreasonable to never have a cheat meal because who would want to live like that?

And more importantly, who would want to live with feeling guilty for eating certain food?
.
You shouldn’t have to associate guilt or negativity with eating something you enjoy.
.
But you must take responsibility, because eating too much of those foods is bad for your health and body.
.
So a great way to find a healthy balance is to factor in one day of the week where you can indulge in your favourite treats.
.
Knowing that you are still living in a healthy way, looking after your body and staying on track with your goals.
.
Too many people approach their nutrition in a way that is so extreme that eating one treat results in a “screw it” mentality.
.
And then end up they binge for the rest of the day.
.
Whereas knowing that you are allowed chocolate and that on “your day” you can consume these foods without guilt.
.
Make it easier to enjoy your treats and then get on with the rest of your life. 😄

When I was a small child , I was very selfish, always grab the best for myself. Slowly, everyone left me and I had no friends. I didn’t think it was my fault but criticize others.

My father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life.
.
One day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles put the 2 bowls on the table. One bowl has one egg on top and the other bowl does not have any egg on top. He said ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want”. Eggs were hard to come by those days! Only get to eat eggs during festivals or New Year. Of course I chose the bowl with egg! As we started eating. I was congratulating myself on my wise choice/decision and wallop up the egg. Then to my surprise as my father ate his noodles, there were TWO eggs at the bottom of his bowl beneath the noodles ! I regretted so much! And scolded myself for being too hasty in my decision. My father smiled and sad to me, ”My child. You must remember what your eyes see may not be true. If you intend on taking advantage of people, you will end up losing!”

The next day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles: one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. Again, he put the two bowls on the table and said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?” This time I am smarter. I chose the bowl without any egg on top. To my surprise, as I separated the noodles on top, there was not even a single egg at the bottom of the bowl! Again my father smiled and said to me, ”My child, you must not always rely on experiences because sometimes, life can cheat you or play tricks on you. But you must not be too annoyed or sad, just treat this as learning a lesson .You cannot Learn this from textbooks.

The third day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles, again one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. He put the 2 bowls on the table and again said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?”. This time, I told my father, ”Dad, you choose first. You are the head of the family and contributed the most to the family. ”My father did not decline and chose the bowl with one egg on top. As I eat my bowl of noodles, Sure in my heart that there is no egg inside the bowl. To my surprise! There were TWO eggs at the bottom of the bowl.

My father smiled at me with love in his eyes, ”My child, you must remember!When you think for the good of others, good things will always naturally happen to you !”

I always remember these 3 sentences of my father and lived and do my business accordingly. True enough, my business was a roaring, success.

SAKITNYA BILA TARIK MENKARONG NI MENYERANG!
Mommy pernah tak rasa kejang kaki masa pregnant?
Tengah syok-syok di ulit mimpi tetiba kejang kaki.. sakitnya Tuhan je yang tahu kan?
Sakit "pelik"ni mula dari betis sampai ke hujung kaki tu.. dengan perut besarnya lagi, adoilaahhh.... sampai buat mommy susah nak melunjur kaki bagi lurus.. so apa lagi kejut encik suami la minta pertolongan.. hihi =P
Ha... buat suami, bila isteri kejut tu bangunlah.... jangan terik selimut pulak... hihi =P
Kejang kaki ni, atau mak-mak kita biasa panggil tarik mengkarong @ simpul biawak.. kebiasaanya ibu mengandung akan kena jika kandungan masuk trimester ke 2 dan ke 3..
Kejang kaki ni jadi bila otot kaki menampung berat badan yang berlebihan masa mengandung.. rahim yang membesar juga turut memberi tekanan dari pengaliran darah dari vena utama kaki naik ke atas..
Situasi ini berlaku bersama dengan kesan hormon progesterone, antara hormone utama yang terhasil waktu mengandung.. ini secara tak langsung memberi kesan kepada ketahanan dan kekuatan otot kaki semasa hamil..
PUNCA & TIPS UNTUK MERAWAT
• Keletihan pada otot betis, terjadi bila mommy aktif berjalan sepanjang hari. So, daddy take note, make sure urut kaki mommy sebelum tidur ya..
• Tekanan pada urat saraf bahagian kaki. Mommy perlu pakai kasut yang selesa, jika mommy pakai kasut yang sempit dan tiada udara, lenguh kaki akan cepat berlaku..
• Peredaran darah yang tidak lancar. Mommy bila dah penat sangat berjalan tu, redam kaki dengan air panas suami 15 minit ya.. untuk melancarkan pengaliran darah. Mommy juga sangat digalakkan bersenam ya..
• Garam galian atau mineral dalam badan tidak seimbang, sama ada terlalu sedikit kalsium atau magnesium atau fosforus berlebihan.. faktor makanan pun mommy kena ambil kira ya, amalkan minum susu dengan konsisten. Takda cheat day ok! Dan amalkan minum air masak 7 gelas sehari ya..
Kebiasaanya kejang kaki ni akan berlaku pada waktu malam.. kalau persekitaran sejuk pun anda akan mudah diserang simpul biawak ni.. dan bila anda dah nyenyak tidur, lepas tu mengeliat, automatik kekejangan boleh berlaku..
So, mengeliat tu boleh tapi jangan lah over sampai terkena suami sendiri.. kalau tiba-tiba kejang! Haa kaki tu stay baik punya kat muka suami.. HARU BEB! kesian kawan tu.. hehe
Kalau suami takda dekat sebelah? takpa jangan panik ya! ambil masa, duduk diam-diam sampai anda rasa boleh lunjurkan kaki.. ber adudududu la sensorang..hehe
Luruskan kaki perlahan-lahan, dan bengkokkan bahagian buku lali kaki dan jari-jari kaki ke arah anda.. pastikan sendi lutut semua lurus ya.. cuba bongkokkan badan dan capai jari kaki anda, dengan lembut dan sopan tarik jari-jari kaki perlahan-lahan..
Kalau tangan tak sampai, mintalah pertolongan suami..InsyaAllah semuanya akan OK seperti sediakala..

Has mommy ever felt a leg seizure during pregnancy?
In the middle of a shock, I suddenly had a leg cramps.. Only God knows it, right?
This "weird" pain starts from the calf to the end of the leg.. with the big stomach again, Adoilaahhh.... until it makes mommy hard to put the feet straight.. So what else wake up Mr. husband asking for help.. hihi =P
Ha... for the husband, when the wife wake up, wake up.... don't be hot in the blanket... hihi =P
This leg cramps, or our mothers used to call the pull of the mengkarong @ the lizard knot.. the happiness of pregnant mothers will be hit if the content enters the 2TH AND 3th trimester..
This leg cramps so when the leg muscle holds the excessive weight during pregnancy.. the growing womb also gives pressure from the blood flow from the main vein of the foot up to the top..
This situation happens along with the effects of progesterone hormones, among the main hormone that results during pregnancy.. This directly affects the resilience and strength of leg muscle during pregnancy..
Causes & tips to treat
• Fatigue On Calf Muscle, happens when active mommy walks all day. So, daddy take note, make sure to massage mommy's feet before going to bed ya..
• Pressure on the nerves of the leg. Mommy needs to wear comfortable shoes, if mommy wears small shoes and no air, tired legs will happen quickly..
• Blood circulation that is not smooth. Mommy, when you're so tired of walking, you'll get your feet with your husband's hot water for 15 minutes.. to launch blood flow. Mommy is also highly encouraged to exercise ya..
• Mineral Salt or mineral in the body is not balanced, whether it is too little calcium or magnesium or excessive phosphorus.. even the food factor mommy has to take care of it, practice drinking milk consistently. No cheat day ok! And Practice Drinking 7 glasses of water a day ya..
The happiness of this leg cramps will happen at night.. even if the cold environment you will easily get attacked by this lizard knot.. and when you sleep soundly, then mengeliat, the cramps can happen..

Hi guys!!! Hope you enjoyed this video, there will be more to come for sure.
I know some people love these videos, while some hate it...but I really just wanted to show people that one cheat meal/day won't ruin your progress, and so don't freak out if you overindulge a little!!! LIFE IS TOO SHORT to always be worrying about whether you "can" or "can't" eat this or that, just do it! As long as you're exercising regularly and eating healthy meals as well...why not treat yourself from time to time, instead of depriving yourself? Anyways, that's all the rambling from me :)
