Taiwanese researchers have found that combining cyclosporine, an immunosuppressant widely used to prevent organ transplant rejection, with the COVID-19 medication remdesivir could suppress the ability of the disease's virus to replicate.

➥【異體造血幹細胞移植病患接受輝瑞/BNT疫苗後的安全性及抗體反應】：此法國單一中心觀察性研究納入117位未曾感染過COVID-19的異體造血幹細胞移植病患，檢驗其在第一劑輝瑞/BNT疫苗後(於施打第二劑疫苗時)及第二劑輝瑞/BNT疫苗後一個月的抗SRAS-CoV-2棘蛋白(S)抗體濃度。研究採用Roche試劑檢驗抗S抗體濃度，≥ 0.8 U/mL即為陽性反應，最高檢驗數值達250 U/mL。
117位患者兩劑疫苗的平均接種間隔為22 (16-37)天。在接種第二劑時，63 (54%)位可測得抗S抗體，其中4 (3%)位抗體濃度大於250 U/mL；於第二劑後平均35 (18-77)天，97 (83%)位可測得抗S抗體，其中72 (62%)位抗體濃度大於250 U/mL。無法產生抗體反應的相關因子包括：半相合移植(haplotransplant)、一年內接受移植、淋巴球低下(<1000 cells/μL)及在疫苗接種時接受免疫抑制劑或化學治療。分別約48%、39%的病患在第一劑、第二劑疫苗後出現第一級或第二級的副作用。病患後續平均追蹤58 (39-98)天，期間均未感染COVID-19。

到底該不該驗抗體？ Part II
政府最近大動作的「禁止」自費驗抗體
這實在是有點奇妙。檢驗又不會傷害一個人，又不是吃藥或開刀。
再說自費，又不排擠健保資源。
奇怪？我不是很明白背後的道理。
不過，這個論述讓上層去談吧。
我只跟大家分享一些我看到的論文與研究報告
1. 以ＡＺ疫苗來說，有趣的事情是即便中和抗體為零。保護力依舊不是零。（莫德納也是）
下面這段是莫得那的研究：
At 4 months post 2nd dose, mRNA-1273 vaccine efficacy against symptomatic, laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 was 50.8% (95% CI -51.2%-83.0%), 90.7% (86.7%-93.6%), or 96.1% (94.0%-97.8%) when calibrated ID50 titers were undetectable, 100, or 1,000, respectively.

因為疫苗的保護力不僅僅來自抗體，還有很多的免疫機轉
以莫德納來說。即便calibrated ID50為陰性（這是一種中和抗體檢驗方式），保護力都大概還有 50%。猛猛的。
2. 但是，大家都同意的是：以同一隻疫苗來說，抗體越高，保護力就會越高。幾乎所有的疫苗都是這樣。
3. 所有的疫苗都有不反應者。以大家最熟悉的Ｂ肝來說，大概就有 5-10% 的人，抗體是打不出來的。打了三劑依舊出不來。
4. 美國有針對高風險族群（例如：癌症患者、免疫抑制劑使用者等等）做抗體監控，並且執行研究計畫。

也有追加第三劑的計畫與行動。
但我想不只美國啦，各國應該都在做。
太多我們還需要知道的事情了。
5. 新冠疫苗是很新的疫苗。我們對他的了解還是遠遠不足。
我覺得我們還是都要謙卑一些。
多檢驗，多監測，我認為是好事。
就像我就是持續監測自己跟同仁打完疫苗的抗體
目前全部的同仁，雙ＡＺ後的抗體表現都很不錯。
可以保護自己、家人、與診所的患者。
不過我自己跟兩個月前比，已經開始有點在掉了。但還是可以接受的範圍。
（這是個人的研究計畫啊，暫不對外開放，要等指揮中心准許）
以上只是個人小小讀書與研究心得，跟大家分享。

A kid was diagnose with cardiac Cirrhosis where the liver, kidney and heart is about to shut down. An operation had to take place where they all had to be changed in one long operation, a triple organ transplant. The family was not able to support this, so international relations helped with this situation and made the operation successful and making it the first South east asia country to do this in the year 2018
