My wish did come true, not confined to anything which might appear to be a blessing at first. Every blessing comes with a cost, after all.

Chương 06 - NHỮNG CÔ NÀNG BỐC LỬA - The Love English

Thật ra phải để cái tên là tất cả các cô nàng đều bốc lửa. Bởi đã là phụ nữ, ai chẳng muốn mình trở nên hấp dẫn trong mắt của cánh mày râu. Nhưng mình vẫn để “những” thay vì “tất cả” để nhắn nhủ rằng, đôi khi, cũng có những người còn chưa nhận ra vẻ đẹp thật sự của mình. Bài hát Girl on fire – Cô gái bốc lửa sẽ là phương thuốc kỳ diệu ấy. Nó sẽ thành bài hát tủ của bạn đấy. Bật lên nghe đi rồi đọc tiếp là sẽ hiểu vì sao.

Xuyên suốt cả bài sẽ là điệp khúc cô ấy chỉ là một cô gái và cô ấy đang bốc lửa – She’s just a girl and she’s on fire. Đây là một lời tự kiêu của phái đẹp hay là một lời tự khích lệ, khuyên nhủ bản thân? Trong khi cô tự so sánh mình thú vị hơn cả trí tưởng tượng – hotter than a fantasy và lại cô đơn như một đại lộ- lonely like a highway. Bên trong phụ nữ luôn tồn tại những suy nghĩ đối lập như vậy đấy, nhất là trong thế giới hiện nay, cái thế giới mà cũng on fire. Nhưng on fire này là một dạng khác với on fire khi nói về độ hot của các cô gái. Bạn nghĩ sao khi thế giới đang bốc lửa? với cái nóng của nền kinh tế, sự nóng lên của khí hậu và những mẩu tin nóng hàng ngày. Trong một thế giới như vậy, chất chứa đầy những thảm họa – catastrophe mà người phụ nữ chân yếu tay mềm không thể phản ứng lại được. Nếu ngày xưa phụ nữ phải ba đảm đang thì giờ đây với tốc độ xoay chóng mặt của thế giới, họ phải mười đảm đang thì mới lại được. Công việc, gia đình, con cái, học hành, nội trợ, chăm sóc bản thân… Thế nhưng, cô luôn biết cách để tránh xa những thảm họa ấy mà bay đi – fly away. Tìm cho mình một góc riêng để chăm sóc cho bản thân sau những bộn bề của cuộc sống.

Nếu như trong sách văn sử Việt Nam miêu tả một đấng nam tử hán là đầu đội trời, chân đạp đất thì trong ca từ bài hát phương Tây cũng có một cô gái đầu trên những đám mây – head in the clouds, hai chân dưới mặt đất- both feet on the ground. Một hình ảnh so sánh ẩn ý đến thú vị. Khi nói tới hai chân – both feet trên mặt đất, cho thấy một tư thế vững chãi, chắc chắc, thậm chí cô còn đốt cháy – burn down cả mặt đất xung quanh bằng sức hot của mình cơ mà. Một người phụ nữ như thế mới thật đáng ngưỡng mộ. Nhưng đầu của cô ở trên trời, trên những đám mây không có nghĩa là cô đội trời đâu nhé. Phương Tây hay dùng câu head on the clouds để chỉ trạng thái hưng phấn tột độ. Dạng như trên chín tầng mây. Câu she’s got her head in the clouds mang ý nghĩa hoàn toàn theo chủ nghĩa cá nhân. Sau những bộn bề lo toan của cuộc sống, cô vẫn biết quay trở về và tìm nơi bình yên cho tâm hồn mình. Tận hưởng thú vui riêng của bản thân. Chăm sóc sắc đẹp để mình vẫn hot trong con mắt của thế gian. Và cô sẽ không quay đầu lại- back down vì đây là cuộc sống của cô. Cô ấy có quyền để có tự do riêng chứ.

Trông em giống như một cô gái, nhưng lại chính là một ngọn lửa- a flame có thể đốt cháy đôi mắt bạn – burn your eyes. Tốt hơn hết là nên nhìn ra chỗ khác. Bạn có thể thử nhưng chắc chắn sẽ không thể quên tên cô đâu. Alicia xuất hiện bất ngờ với cảnh dọn đồ đạc trong nhà ngay lập tức khiến cho người ta nghĩ tới cảnh một bà mẹ, một người phụ nữ - a girl bình thường như bao người khác. Khuôn mặt luôn cúi xuống làm việc trong bóng tối thầm lặng mà không ai biết. Thế nhưng, thật sự cô lại là một con người hoàn toàn khác với cảnh tiếp nối phía sau.

Váy xanh bó sát người, đôi mắt quyến rũ, thân hình mảnh dẻ và đôi vai nhỏ nhắn. Ngay khi hát tới câu better look the other way – tốt hơn hết là hãy nhìn đi chỗ khác, cô vẫy ngón tay như đang thách thức với thế giới. Đừng xem thường vẻ đẹp của cô, cô là một ngọn lửa – flame, nó sẽ đốt cháy trái tim bạn và khiến bạn không thể quên tên cô – you’ll never forget her name .

Bởi vì cô đang ở trên đỉnh của thế giới- on top of the world, cô chính là một trong những cô cái xinh đẹp, nóng bỏng nhất – hottest của thế giới này. Cô biết được điều tuyệt vời ấy, và cô nói cho cả thế giới rằng, phái đẹp cũng sẽ không kém cánh đàn ông đâu. Nếu như bạn còn đang tự ti rằng mình xấu xí và kém cỏi thì hãy tìm trên mạng “cô gái xấu xí nhất thế giới Lizzie”. Đọc các câu chuyện về cô ấy, xem các video cô ấy nói trước công chúng, rồi bạn sẽ thấy sức mạnh, vẻ đẹp của một cô gái gầy còm mắc chứng bệnh suy dinh dưỡng đã từng khiến cho cơ thể cô xấu xí hơn cả ma. Vậy mà cô đã lấy cái xấu xí ấy để trở thành on top of the world đấy. Rồi để trở thành hottest – xinh đẹp, nổi tiếng nhất trên thế giới về nghị lực vượt lên khó khăn. Cô đã thay đổi cách nhìn của cả thế giới về phụ nữ. Cô truyền cảm hứng cho không biết bao người phụ nữ khác trên thế giới còn đang đau khổ vì những chuyện cỏn con, vì một cái mụn ruồi trên mặt hay một khuôn mặt không được đẹp đẽ cho coi.

Và khi bạn khám phá ra vẻ đẹp tiềm ẩn ấy bên trong tâm hồn mình, bạn sẽ biết rằng mọi người sẽ phải đứng lại – stand. Ngắm nhìn khi bạn bước qua – go by. Bởi vì bên trong bạn, vẻ đẹp ấy. Nằm bên trong bạn, nằm trong đôi mắt bạn, ánh mắt của niềm tin, hi vọng và những sự nỗ lực, cống hiến. Bạn chính là đóa hoa mang hạnh phúc đến cho cuộc đời này.

Bạn chiếu sáng màn đêm – light up the night bằng đôi mắt chứa ngọn lửa bên trong. Đúng đoạn này, MV miêu tả chân thực một bà mẹ bận rộn, tay xách nách mang, vừa nghe điện thoại, vừa dọn đồ, chăm sóc con cái, chăm sóc mẹ già. Nhưng không ai biết rằng bên trong đôi mắt rực lửa của cô, con người ấy vẫn chỉ là một cô gái nhỏ bé, yếu đuối, cố gắng trở nên mạnh mẽ để xây dựng tự tin cho bản thân mình. Cô vẫn là một cô gái cô đơn – a lonely girl, trong một thế giới cô đơn vì đâu có ai chia sẻ cũng những nặng nhọc vất vả. Thi thoảng vẫn ngồi một mình trầm tư về cuộc sống. Thế nhưng cô lại tự vực mình lên khi cô hát lên câu she’s gonna let it burn – cô sẽ bùng cháy thôi, đánh bật cả chữ lonely dài lạnh lẽo của 2 câu trước.

Và điệp khúc cứ thế kéo đi khi cô biết mình on fire – bốc cháy, cô thậm chí còn walk on fire mà chẳng cần ai giúp đỡ. Đúng là mẫu chuẩn của một người phụ nữ thế kỷ 21.

Biomutant Side Quest Old World Storages Investigation All Fluff Hulk Locations Guide

00:00 Old World Storage 3G

Northwest of Floatboat. The monster you need to kill is on the southeast side of the island, while the storage room is on the northwest side.

01:38 Old World Storage 3E

Southeast of Domp Outpost. This island is sort of split into two. You’ll find the Fluff Hulk on the northern island and then need to head south to open the storage.

03:31 Old World Storage 5E

This Fluff Hulk Nest is found just east of Nambleklump Village. It’s in a snowy region, so make sure you either have The Cold Zone Suit or some other way to protect yourself from the freezing temperature. The Fluff Hulk is actually located in a cave on the northern side of the zone. You can see the opening in the image above.

05:39 Old World Storage 9D

Slap that Cold Zone Suit back on and head southwest of the Sparkplant. Follow the train track that leads you into the zone and you can’t miss the Fluff Hulk. Then, just follow the marker to the storage to move on.

07:52 Old World Storage 10F

This Fluff Hulk Nest is found south of Molyhole Outpost. On your map, you’ll notice the red area that signifies a Heat Zone. This is where you need to go. Staying on your map, the Fluff Hulk isn’t in the main part of the Heat Zone, you’ll find them on the smaller, southern part. Put on The Heat Zone Suit and head over to get your key. Then, go unlock the room by following the marker to wrap up this storage room.

09: 50 Old World Storage 11H

The storage room for this location is actually found to the west of where the Fluff Hulk Nest is on your map. From the Benearth Outpost, you want to head west toward a small pond. There, you’ll find the Fluff Hulk and can take it down before moving onto the storage room.

11:58 Old World Storage 10J

This Fluff Hulk makes its home over in the Kluppy dunes, so make sure you come with some form of heat-resistant gear. We’d recommend doing The Heat Zone Suit side quest before tracking this down. The storage shelter is located under the highway that goes by Sludgy Junkstorage; however, the beast you’re tracking down is actually just northwest, sleeping by a rocky ledge.

13:39 Old World Storage 9I

This Fluff Hulk can be tough to track down. You need to head to its nest, which is west of the Chugdepot over in the northern Yerpfields. If you look on your map in this location, you’ll see a small pond by the nest. The Fluff Hulk is sleeping just north of that lake beside a rocky wall. Take it out and go get your loot.

15:50 Old World Storage 6I

North of Bumlidof in the northern side of the Knupstonies biome. The storage room is on top of a ledge. The Fluff Hulk you need to take down is on the eastern side of that ledge, but the path up to the room is only accessible from the west. Take out the Hulk and then hoof it around the big ledge to claim your prize.Cold Zone Fluff Hulk Nest.jpg

17:32 Old World Storage 4K

You’ll find this Fluff Hulk Nest east of Granito Outpost in the Knupstonies biome. If you look on your map, you’ll notice a wrecked ship along the coastline. That’s where this Fluff Hulk is resting. Take him out and follow the marker to the storage shelter.

19:44 Old World Storage 6L

This Fluff Hulk Nest is found east of H-Two-O Outpost. The Fluff Hulk is resting in the middle of a collection of small islands. If you zoom in on your map, you can clearly see where you’ll find him by looking for the animated, grey monster near the Nest.

21:27 Old World Storage 10M

Finding this Fluff Hulk is a bit difficult. We’re not sure if the area was bugged on our map or not, but, unlike the other Nests, this one was never marked. To find it, you want to head northwest from Blazebase on the eastern side of the Kluppy Dunes. On your map, you’ll notice where the highway starts to break up. Look for the Fluff Hulk along the western side of the highway. Once you take it down, follow the marker to claim your loot.


Old World Storage 6G
( I missed this spot in video but the info can help you)

You’ll find this storage to the east of Spurftop where Trim Furfur lives. The Fluff Hulk is actually to the north of the bunker on a ridge overlooking the river. Take it down and then go open the vault.

Old World Storage 4H
( I missed this spot in video but the info can help you)

South of Plumsidms in the Knupstonies biome. You’ll need to take down a giant Fluff Hulk, but if you’ve claimed this region for your tribe, you’ll have the help of your tribemates. Take the beast down and claim your loot.

That’s the TRA station - not the high speed rail. If arriving by high speed rail allow up to 30 minutes to catch a taxi to the TRA station.

- 9:00 AM TRAIN FROM CHIAYI STATION TO FENQIHU STATION (runs at 9:00 on weekdays, 9:30 and 10:00 on weekends, trip time 2.5 hours)
You can’t go all the way to Alishan station now as the track was damaged in a typhoon and they’re not going to fix it).
You can buy tickets in advance here: https://afrch.forest.gov.tw/. The website is only in Chinese so use google chrome on your computer to translate the page. Pay by credit card then pick the ticket up at ANY major train station when you arrive in Taiwan (show your passport at the ticket window).

- LUNCH AT FENQIHU
Fenqihu was the popular stop for loggers at lunchtime so it’s a really cute little old town. The bento shop shown in the video is next to the 7-Eleven. When you arrive at Fenqihu, go all the way down the stairs, walk straight down the street and you’ll see it. Fenqihu isn’t big so you can wander around for the rest of the time. Unfortunately unless you stay in Fenqihu overnight, there’s not enough time to go hiking or see the lake (which is what the town is named after).

- BUS FROM FENQIHU TO ALISHAN TRANSPORT STATION
Use google maps for directions on where to catch the bus from (up on the highway). Set your destination as “Alishan station” and select directions for public transport. Schedules say the bus leaves at 2:40 but we arrived at the highway just before 2:30 and the driver said it was already past time to leave. So get there a little early! This is apparently the last bus, although you can catch another bus to Shizao, then change for a bus to Alishan (that seemed too annoying so we didn’t do it).

- DINNER AT ALISHAN
I haven’t seen one good food review on Alishan (it’s not what you’re there for anyway!) - so we just got beers and instant noodles from the 7 Eleven and enjoyed them at the hotel.

- STAY AT ALISHAN HOUSE
Look around for deals online, or stay at another hotel near the Alishan station (https://goo.gl/maps/Mn2yTnAAoWn). There are quite a few. Don’t expect a cheap hotel to have good facilities, this is a very popular tourist destination. Book early especially in peak season!

- SUNRISE TRAIN
Tickets for the sunrise train (around 350nt round trip) are sold the afternoon before at the Alishan train station. If staying at Alishan house you can buy them straight from the hotel reception, or if staying somewhere else, go to Alishan train station to buy these.

- HIKING
There are trails around the train station area. Pick up a map from the station or your hotel. The train on top of the mountain can also take you to some of the attractions if you’re tired of walking.

- BUS BACK TO CHIAYI
Get a timetable from the 7-11 at the transport station (or your hotel will have one). Use your easycard/ipass card to pay for the bus fare BUT you need to “save your bus spot” at the 7 Eleven first. I tried doing this 30 minutes before catching the bus but there were no spots left so we had to wait 1.5 hours until the next bus. So do this as early as you can. The last bus leaving from Alishan transport station to go down the mountain is around 5:00 pm.

There are taxi drivers around the transport station trying to get you to go down the mountain with them. I don’t recommend this option.
