What an awesome way to start your Friday. Big shoutout to my buddy Emilio Legaria Sim for doing this with me. This is the first time we've combined a bit of strength and conditioning, then to finish it off with some insane boxing cardio. It was a killer! Also wishing all my Muslim friends Happy Ramadhan, if you happen to be doing this workout, I recommend to this just after you sahur ( reason being, get energy into your system first and you may help energize you before the day goes on) and or before you break your fast ( i personally say the first option is better cause you will feel drained and thirsty with this workout, but if lacking time, then do it about an hour before you buka puasa) :) Hope this helps.
