這段影像來自即將上映的英國樂團 Oasis 紀錄電影《Oasis Knebworth 1996》，這部由曾經二度獲得葛萊美獎提名的導演 Jake Scott 所執導的作品，紀錄這組英國搖滾傳奇 Oasis 於 1996 年在 Knebworth 舉辦，兩天吸引超過 25 萬名樂迷到場參加，這兩天的演出徹底改變了英國搖滾樂的歷史，也改變了現場無數樂迷的人生。

這段影像是當時第二天的演出，The Stone Roses 吉他手 John Squire 現身舞台與 Oasis 一起演奏〈Champagne Supernova〉的影像，超過 7 分鐘的這段現場，被樂迷視為是 The Stone Roses 將接力棒交給 Oasis 的歷史瞬間，對於這樣的評論，Noel 說「接力棒不是被給的，我們在 1994 年的時候就把它拿走了」，導演 Jake Scott 在接受訪問時也表示「這段演出重新充值了我對吉他樂團的信仰」，請大家不要錯過這段精彩的演出。

《Oasis Knebworth 1996》將於明天在全球戲院上映，不過距離台灣樂迷最近的戲院在香港九龍，可能得等到未來發行影音商品時才有機會看到這部電影。
