ROOM 309，以房號作名字有其故事，目的是以「酒店客房」概念打造的雞尾酒酒吧，所以只要你一進入這「房間」，就會有不一樣的感受，也有一段不可多得的時光及旅程。要到訪這間酒吧並不容易，因為酒吧雖然位於 The Pottinger Hong Kong酒店之內，但卻只能透過於「接待處」領取房間匙卡才可進內，所以不是隨便一個路人都會知道，最適合喜歡隱密度高的客人。
