It's soon Mid-Autumn Festival. Have you all got yourself mooncakes? As you all know, there're lots of varieties regarding mooncakes, and the most popular one in Taiwan during the past years are undoubtedly "salted egg yolk pastry". Despite the huge popularity, egg yolk pastry hasn't always represented the Taiwanese style mooncakes.
