It's very rewarding to drink this especially that I've been up for more than 24 hours now 🤦🏾♀️ Reached Changi airport at 9pm last night, finally touched down in Tagbilaran airport today at about 9.40am. After all the transit and land transport, I'm quite tired. But knowing Im expecting sardine run dive ahead, I'm all excited for the adventure 😝 Vitamin SEA is all I need baby!

Do drink fruit juice mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. It contains an enzyme called Ptyalin that helps to break the food down for the digestive process. It digest the carbohydrates (sugars) into the bloodstream before absorption to use for energy.
