I love to share about my Nyonya heritage because it defines who I am to myself and to the others.
In celebration of that, I’m sharing two of my favourite Nyonya dishes with @bonia_official’s Peninsular tableware set which reminds me of home.

Featuring the heart-dotted checked motif by Maria Grazia Chiuri designed for the 'Dioramour' ready-to-wear capsule, see the corresponding eponymous Dior Maison line of tableware and gifts on.dior.com/dioramour-maison. Plates, mugs and a holder for a candle infused with notes of lily of the valley and sandalwood are formed from fine Limoges porcelain, and contrast scaled patterns also decorate a notebook set.
UNBOXING…Eternal Beau by Johnson Brothers 🤍 This lot of beauties is such a joy to unbox. And this particular collection means a lot to both @drauntie.uk and I. It’s the very first set of classic English tableware I bought for my dear sister @drauntie.uk when she still lived in Portsmouth doing her PhD way back in 2010 - that’s more than 10 years ago! And just look at how she has been caring for these beauties ever since…it could only prove two things - how much she loves me (obviously) and how much she loves her beautiful collection!! 😜 And now we both get to cherish it together in #TheOldForgeCottage 🏡

Notes: Eternal Beau is an iconic classic from Johnson Brothers that was first introduced in 1981. The quintessentially English pattern features a beautiful ribbon and bow motif. Eternal Beau was hugely popular and it has become the most widely collected of their ranges. The pattern was designed initially by Sarina Mascheroni and is regarded as one of the best known and most prolific collections.
