【重要聲明】
我們非常遺憾地宣佈，昨日收到香港藝術中心以場地租借合約之條款22(c)為由，臨時取消我們於2021年9月6日至12日租用壽臣劇院作為何韻詩《你尚未成為的》Hocc Shouson Live 2021 表演場地的預訂。
該條款22(c)指：「If the Hirer shall fail to observe or perform any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or in circumstances where public order or public safety would be endangered during the course of performance of hiring, the Manager may, without notice, cancel the Confirmed Booking and terminate the hiring of the Hired Venue.」
香港藝術中心並沒有提供任何證據及解釋，說明我們的表演在哪方面觸犯此規。在一再查問之下，香港藝術中心僅回覆「The management of the Arts Centre is duty bound to observe closely the recent developments in society and the laws concerned」，依然沒有進一步的具體解說。對於香港藝術中心的這次通知及決定，我們堅決反對，亦無法認同。我們仔細檢視過是次演出的內容以及已公佈的宣傳資料，當中絕無危害公眾秩序及安全，以及觸犯法例的可能性。
不禁要問，香港藝術中心作為支持當代藝術的獨立機構，有效運作至今44年，如今能在毫無實質理據的情況下任意剎停已批准的租用資格，在往後的日子要如何走下去及面對公眾？
我們保留追究任何因是次臨時取消預訂場地而引致的一切損失的權利。

對於未能親身在一個正式演出場地和大家相聚，我們深感失望，也明白各位期待已久的歌迷們的失望。
埸地，有限，舞台，無限。在無法解釋的突變和紅線下，尚未成為的Show，不受場地所限的網上直播Live Stream，將如期於9月12日晚上8時進行。正如疫情不能取消春天，音樂是關不住的。有天有地，就有舞台。
