Convener of the Central Epidemic Command Center (#CECC) Specialist Advisory Panel and executive vice president of National Taiwan University, Dr. Shan-Chwen Chang, and our representative to the US Stanley Kao were invited by #US #ThinkTank the Center for Strategic and International Studies (#CSIS) to share the #TaiwanModel with a panel of experts from around the world.
In the past five months, Dr. Chang has been working hard with the head of the CECC and minister of health Chen Shih-chung on the front-line of the pandemic, rolling out early measures, sourcing PPE, allowing for cloud access to travel records and establishing border and home quarantine systems as well as #TrackAndTrace.
