Timelapse: warm up 4 times up and down the wall to get used to the wall grip then continue with wall 9 (6a) sampai berkilat use yellow + pink 🤣 then tried bourdering, called it a day when kulit kuyak, kbye. Thanks @sumpit_mata for the push @beverlytamtam today was fun. Macam lari 10km speed.

What I learned today (in this case yesterday coz I edited this).

¬ You take small steps going up, you take bigger steps going down.
¬ Don't think and just enjoy the process.
¬ Trust your body, engage your muscles.
¬ Remember to take a break when your arms jelly, shake it, chalk and repeat.
¬ Commands: OBBO, climbing hehe 🙈 ingat sdh.

When you oversleep and have to workout during the hottest part of the day! Heat acclimation training 😅. Got in some great wall climbing practice and speed work on the track and bleachers. High Intensity stuff in the heat is very draining so be sure to stay Hydrated everyone to avoid heat sickness! 💧💧💧 we were really out of practice on the walls and happy to feel stronger on them again.
