#秀丽随笔 新加坡Osim sundown marathon 马拉松》
参加Osim马拉松是一直想做的事
觉得夜跑看美丽的新加坡应该很赞
跑之前的准备工作做的有点不知所措
白天到底要吃饱还是少吃一点 吃太饱跑步很辛苦 温度大概27度
当天据说有两万多人参加
新加坡人比较含蓄 跑者几乎都很安静 不像香港跑者会呼叫打气
拉拉队多数家属和义工 人不多
半夜开跑还是挺舒服的，凉风习习 不会闷热
但是对我来说第一次在夏天长跑21公里
我缺水 和头疼来袭
跑的很吃力 配速一度掉到八 也第一次在马拉松走路
有七个补水站 第一个在两公里 第二个在七公里
平均五公里喝一次水
一般喝水只能半杯 因为肚子不能装那么多水会想尿
前面三站我喝半杯 身体缺水后我就喝满一杯
原来在夏天跑步 每一站都要喝一大杯
第14公里有能量胶和一大条香蕉提供
第一次看到
香蕉一般是切一半，这里一大条我只能浪费一半了

前面八公里跑的最吃力，15公里后就顺畅了
咳嗽好了 头疼舒缓了 但是开始脚趾疼
鞋子真的要买大两码
手臂红了一块 可能和背心摩擦还是自己过敏了

顺利完赛 知道知己表现不好
但是是很珍贵的经验
夏天跑步要吃饱 要喝饱 体力消耗和冬跑不一样
若明年来跑我要自带水壶了
平均五公里补给站真的不够
建议摆放一些苏打饼干 跑42公里的需要一些粮食

这次跑也看到一幕 新加坡人真的很爱干净
垃圾可以拿在手上跑到街边垃圾桶才扔，这浪费的十多秒 鼓掌👏

Pocari sweat 和水傻傻分不清
开始补给站用不同水杯
后面就看不清了
完赛我就灌了两瓶pocari和半瓶水 缺水
谢谢那位在完赛第一秒递Pocari 给我的你

另一位拿一包冰块给我冰敷

跑步沿途看到一些美丽夜景
酒吧一排排挺舒服的
有些路跑到很暗
有些补给站很暗 有点不习惯
老天一直忍住不要下雨 就几滴
没有出现拥挤状况 通畅跑道
没有很陡的坡 大部分平路 好跑
指路的义工很多 跑20步看到一位 赞👍

这站salonpas也是没有提供免费给每位跑者喷舒缓肌肉的喷雾在腿上
但是有大概50张床提供大腿舒缓按摩
这项目超级赞 开始按我的右脚底突然抽筋
不知是太舒缓了嘛
很快被按摩的印度姐姐舒缓了 功夫一流
谢谢这位姐姐

赛后礼物是一瓶pocari sweat、一瓶水、一个超美的黑橘奖牌和一条香蕉。
没有多余的袋子 非常环保

这次跑的很开心 重在参与
21公里 2:17小时 配速 6:29 TSL RUN 再接再厉！
我家阿佬在意大利骑脚踏车挑战山路150公里 Good Luck honey!

I just attend Singapore Osim Sundown Marathon, run 21km, finish at 2:17 hrs, pace 6:29

Joreen is so excited to meet kai kai & Jia Jia ❤️
We got her a panda tote bag as suprise present. Had a panda choco custard pau too. She kept sharing her fav pau with daddy & mama. So sweet!

We love the animals show in river safari compared to zoo or night safari. We went to the show twice hehe
Feed the capybara with long bean, feed a beaver named Justin (same name as the daddy😂) with sweet potato, touch hedgehog, close encounter with pelicans....
She is really an animal lover. So excited! 😍

We went for a cruise ride too.. Relaxing..
Next, Joreen was not allowed to ride the boat at Amazon River quest. Riders min 1.06m. Hence daddy & mama take turns to ride the boat. Mama felt lonely 😞 lol

Enjoyed our day so much though it is exhausting! ❤️

Some Pointers:
- While visiting any religious places in Bangkok, Indonesia check the dress code. For the grand palace, we were required to go in modest clothing so we are dressed like that. Check the guidelines from any official website. If you forget to dress modestly, then you can always rent from the shops nearby.

- Do not fall for scams in Bangkok. We were approached twice by nicely dressed men telling us that the Grand Palace is closed and we should go for a river cruise instead. And they offer to get a rickshaw for you. We checked online after coming back and it was a scam. Check everything for yourself or confirm with more people. Do not get into arguments, walk away politely.

For a country that's only an hour's flight away, it definitely took me a while to truly explore the place. I'm usually down for work for a few hours or so but this time we decided to finally explore one of the world's richest country and all this in 48 hours! Managed to catch from players in town for the International Champions Cup 2017 too where we watched Chelsea v Bayern Munich !

Special thanks to Orchard Parksuites Singapore for the birthday surprise and all round amazing service & accommodation ! Will definitely be back!
