加拿大有一份研究，是去年多倫多地區關閉後的消費流量

多倫多和Peel的居民在封鎖後的一周內
去購物中心和餐館的次數減少了
與此同時，封鎖地區的居民前往周邊地區購物中心的次數顯著增加

多倫多與Peel地區居民
分別增加+40.7% 與+65.5% 至周邊餐館與購物中心的消費

隨著區域間旅行的增加，可能會推動 SARS-CoV-2 的進一步傳播。

可能要對都會周邊的移動
和不同都會之間的移動人群要有所限制

在封鎖後的一周內，市中心居民對周邊地區購物中心的訪問量大幅增加。
這些異質性限制可能會導致意想不到的後果，
破壞城市核心的封鎖，並將居民從高傳播地區轉移到低傳播地區。

文獻在公衛措施上的建議是
可以通過實施跨都會移動的限制避免這些後果。
並注意這些大都市區，通常包括 #相互關聯但行政上獨立的地區。

不過看著台灣高鐵
台灣防疫能不能配合上面的發現
地區做有意義調整，就不知道了
也許疫苗護照、電子篩檢報告在這時就會是有意義的措施
