Some women are skeptical when talk about lubricant and sex. I mean I don't blame them as I also skeptical at first when my partner introduce it to me. Does using (and requiring) lube to have pleasurable sex mean there’s something wrong with me? Or will lube safe to use and I heard it impact Fertility. Let me share with you the reason we use lube. A woman's natural lubrication is often a sign of arousal but even when you're turned on, sometimes it takes awhile for your body to get on the same page as your mind and that's completely normal. Lube can boost your sex life and it can be a good way to make foreplay more inventive, which can also make that part of the action last longer.

Menstrual cycle, menopause, stress, lack of foreplay or medication are common contributors to Vagina dryness. Lube can decrease painful friction.

There are so many lubricants in the market and Jex Luve Jelly is one of my favourite. Luve Jelly is originated from Japan and the first water soluble lubricating gel. Luve Jelly is a female lubricant recommended by gynaecologist and obstetricians and sold in hospitals, clinics, drugstore and pharmacies in Japan.

This lubricant is easy to wash away after use, doesn’t contain unnecessary ingredients and only contains ingredients for natural moisture. There needs to be a more comfortable, open discussion about lubricant. Give it a try – don’t just shoot down the idea of incorporating lube into your intercourse.

Pictures of Bukit Besi in fall colours popped out frequently on social media, I decided the check it out. The hill had a fire during the dry season, which left a small part of the hill burnt and the leaves were turning brown.

The hill was located at Alam Damai, which isn't too far away. I went on a weekday to avoid the crowd, I probably had less than 10 human contacts.

The hike was a short 4km with about 300m elevation gain. I did try to get to the waterfall but the trail was barricaded with barbed wire and a warning sign post. There goes my plan to try out the stove. There were a lot of mosquitos which made the shoot pretty unpleasant.
