在網紅推薦下試用了美國Shipito的服務，
訂了三個包裹都抵達倉庫後，
申請合運要準備線上付費時，
發現台灣信用卡刷不過。
聯繫客服，要我把信用卡資訊加到會員帳戶裡，結果新增失敗。
客服又要我提供身分證明(ID)、信用卡帳單(credit card statement)，
他們的Security單位要進行認證。
起初我覺得不妥，覺得隱私受侵犯，
但還是想把這件事搞定，就把這些證明文件寄給他。
結果就是不斷地等待，每隔幾天我就問線上客服人員，
信用卡審核進度如何，他們總是回答我，已經escalate給處理單位了。
等了一個禮拜之後，終於收到回覆，叫我把信用卡資訊加到會員帳戶裡，
結果...一樣新增失敗!!!
我只是想刷卡付費而已...有這麼困難嗎... ><
客服說如果無法刷卡的話還可以用比特幣或電匯，但我就是要用信用卡啊！
請問板上大大有沒有使用過Shipito的經驗？
也有遇到台灣信用卡刷不過的情形嗎？
