They are the victims of a traditional dolphin hunt called Grindadráp (or "The Grind") that takes place annually on the shores of the Faroe Islands, an archipelago between Iceland and Norway. Last week's horrific event is estimated to be the largest single cull in the island's history, with even seasoned whalers deeming the slow, cruel mass killing of over 1,400 white-sided dolphins in a single day unethical. I don't believe "tradition" is an adequate justification for this senseless practice. In fact, I can't think of a single reason why it should be allowed to continue. M A S T E R C L A S S ❤️🤲✨ Here we go again, another eight weeks of unlearning and listening. Another eight weeks of holding sacred space to just slow down and pause. Quietly curious, an unfolding, both for the mamas that I lead and lead me to sacred inner worlds to repair and hold in reverence.

It’s an invitation to come home, to come inside to hidden places and loud thoughts that sometimes explode out when it hurts or we feel lost and overwhelmed.

The intense pressure of motherhood and fatherhood wears on a marriage so we make safe space to play, ask, laugh, cry, see.

Eight weeks and for some, an additional one-on-one centered around science and play, an action plan tailored intimately to their family created over conversation and partnership. Fuel for all the days and weeks after the program, a guide of sorts to remind them of their why and how and what.

We call it a groundbreaking rework of traditional parenting programs. But that’s just really fancy for we do it a little different and start with you. We take the science of what we know and use it to fiercely listen and fight for the child inside and in front of you, and you don’t have to do it alone. We gather together, make mistakes, share our stories, care deeply and cheer each other home.

What does your head and heart know?

Five cohorts in, each one unique and magically special to the little community that they build. I love that they come from around the world and all have such depth and beauty to add. We teach people, not topics. We go rogue. We run wild. We get curious.

For mama, it is a welcome to my heart. Carved out in there is all the mamas and daddies and their little ones that have come before. When you come through the program, you are intimately fought for, genuinely loved, relentlessly believed in. Known and called by name.

September 2021 cohort, we are so excited to welcome you not only to the program but to the village.

Kyoto is famous for its "Traditional Crafts" (also known as Japanese Crafts) and whilst I was there on my travels, I decided to visit a Gold Foil craftsman to document his stories.
This video does not necessarily highlight his career, but rather his advice to everyone who wants to pursue a passion. His stories really resonated with me, and I thought this could be said to anyone that is trying to master a profession.
Me and my friend spent three days going around some of the iconic spots such as Fushimi Inari (01:42), Arashiyama Bamboo Forest (01:44), Gion City (00:49), and some very local places such as Myoshinji Temple (01:28). Other than that, the city is famous for its food and architectures and I highly recommend everyone to visit if they have the opportunity!
