In Silence is the Multiplayer horror experience that one player plays as a monster who has the ability to hear very quickly, but has an almost blind eye. For another 2-6 players are survivors who try to escape. Or chasing monsters
.
- New play experience.
In Silence is developed to deliver a unique online horror experience. You can play as Rake and use the sensitive hearing skills to chase survivors or play as survivors. Then whisper to communicate to collaborate with other survivors and escape from Rake or fight back. All right.
.
- Rake Monster Blind
Rake's sight is based on sound. Rake's sound is less sound. Rake's sight is able to hear the lightest sound in a very distant range and run there with amazing speeds with this ability. Wouldn't be hard to predict what Rake will do next.
.
- Shhhhhhhh it's quiet!
You may have unexpectedly faced monsters because of your step-by-step, toy you stepped on, or vase you broke, but was it your plan? You can use sound-making items like TV or radio to attract Rake's attention and escape from space or maybe a trap instead.

- Escape or Chase
When you play as a survivor, you have 2 choices. Try to escape by fixing your car and drive away or open your secret weapons inventory and chase the monster back.
.
- Where am I?
Every eye you play makes a difference, whether it's your Perks, Escape Point, Role and Item position. Every time you play, you'll always feel that survival isn't easy because you can't predict the game. In that eye, how will it be?
.
Important Features
- Playing alone - trial Rake by yourself
.
- Nightmare mode - The number of items spread across the plan to equal the number of items you'll find. If you have to find the missing wheels of a 3-wheeler, there will be only 3 wheels in the map.
.
- Perks - 16 different types. Every Perk can be exploited in different situations. Perks will play different roles according to all survivors from Perks for a formidable predator or a super mechanism.
.
- Intimate voice communication - You can hear other players's voices when they come near you. But don't forget that Rake can hear your voice too.
.
- Flashlight and Light Bomb - You can use it to stop Rake, but it dazzles your friend for a moment. If you or your friend get caught by Rake, you can numb it with a light bomb and escape.
.
- Archive of weapons - During the play, survivors can open into the secret weapons inventory to bring out weapons to fight Rake. But that also affects Rake.
.
- Monster Crazy - When Arms or Exit Door is opened, Rake will be raging, Rake will be able to kill survivors while running.
.
- Playing as a masculine - When you die, you will appear in the game again in Mister's body and help your friends to escape with the way Mai can do. Looking for items for other players to use. Or a monster distraction
.
In Silence will be in Early Access format for around 2-3 months. Full game will be tickled and balanced and new server. The current status of the game contains content. Reverse and game price when leaving Early Access will be adjusted.

This workout sequence combines both strength training + cardio, which is the most effective way to burn back fat and lean up at the same time. Do this regularly to achieve results in 4 - 6 weeks time!
Exercises
1) Bent-Over Row
Active Rest: Jumping Jacks
2) Plank Row
Active Rest: Side Step Shuffle
3) Reverse Fly
Active Rest: Sprint Step
4) Superman
Active Rest: Mountain Climber
Sequence: 8 Intervals (45secs each interval)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly on alternate days. Combine this with total body workouts!
Beginners, if you struggle to keep up, do take it easy during the "active rest" and get back into the workout once you're ready. Keep doing this workout and you'll only get stronger and progress week by week.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version

I’m going to show you and explain each exercise in detail, teach you the correct techniques and also things to avoid doing. You can also do these workouts at home. So if you’re a beginner and you want to start lifting weights, but unsure where or how to start, be sure to watch this video through.
1) Dumbbell Squats
Muscles: Glutes, hamstrings, quads and core.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs each or more.
2) Alternate Overhead Lunge
Muscles: Glutes, hamstrings, quads, core & shoulders.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs
3) Bent-Over Row
Muscles: Back & Biceps.
Weights: Between 5 – 8kgs
4) Chest Press
Muscles: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps.
Weights: Start with 4 – 6kgs each.
5) Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Muscles: Biceps, Shoulders & Triceps.
Weights: Choose something lighter but not too light, between 3 – 5kgs each.
6) Tricep Kickbacks
Muscles: Triceps.
Weights: Go for a lighter weight, between 2 – 4kgs each.
7) Reverse Fly
Muscles: Upper Back & Shoulders.
Weights: Go for lighter weights, between 2 – 3kgs each.
8) Full Extension
Muscles: Upper & Lower Abs.
Weights: Between 4 – 6kgs.
9) Russian Twist
Muscles: Core and Obliques.
Weights: Between 4 – 6kgs.
Perform all 9 exercises as a Total body strength-training workout in about 45 minutes. Follow them in the sequence I’ve laid out in this video. Aim to perform between 12 – 15 repetitions per exercise. If you can do more than 15 reps, then the weights are too light and you need to increase them
If you are an absolute beginner, then complete 2 sets for each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. As you progress, aim to complete between 3 – 4 sets.
If you’re looking to buy dumbbells, as a beginner, I’d recommend buying 2 pairs of dumbbells. One heavier pair, between 5 – 6kgs each and another lighter pair, between 3 – 4kgs each. It’s always better to buy a heavier pair because then you can train and progress into lifting heavier. You don’t have to spend your money on buying really light dumbbells, because you can easily make them at home using water bottles.
