👉每週350-500公克(熟)紅肉(大約是每天1-2份[台兩]),例如牛肉、豬肉和羊肉,是適量的。
🍀應少吃(如果吃的話)加工肉,如火腿和培根。
💢加工肉品是指肉類以煙燻、火燻、醃製、或打碎重作,或添加化學防腐劑處理,並包含在加工製品中所含有的部分。
🍀此外,加工肉品的營養價值較低,脂肪和鹽分較高,因此,如果您要吃紅肉,最好選擇未加工的新鮮肉。
這是專家們統合了許多研究報告,截至2018年的結論,所以請「提倡為了健康的緣故,就不要吃紅肉」的「偽專家們」別再亂說了!
