I'm taking my skin for granted.

I've only started my basic skin care after I'm past 30 yrs old, but most of the time, I couldn't be bothered, not even sunblock. Partly because I feel that my skin is ok and honestly, motherhood and work makes me feel overwhelmed.

Alot of times I fell asleep with my makeup until the next day. Fell asleep with the kids lor... #DontJudgeOk 😂

But when I'm approaching the big 4 and my freckles start to come out, that is where I feel like, SHIT! I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!

So, since now I hit my target (4 kids target
🤪), I'm starting to rearrange my schedule and faithfully starting my skin care routine. Although I still have some days I still head to the bed without doing anything 😂. #TryingMyBest

Now, sharing my night care regimen
1. Cleansing
Double cleansing if I had makeup

2. Toner
I use 2 types of toner
Toner 1: Use cotton to cleanse the skin.
Toner 2: Pat on my skin.

3. LED MASK

4. Hydration spray

5. Face mask (alternate days)

6. Lotion

7. Serum (skip if I use face mask)
Serum 1: Vitamin C
Serum 2: Daily serum

8. Moisturizer
If I'm using a light weight face mask, I will use a rich moisturizer.
If I use rich or hydrating face mask, I will use a light weight moisturizer.

7. Dark spot cream

I will give my face a good pat or massage and rest for a few mins before going to the next steps. This is to ensure the product get absorbed into my skin before applying the next product.

HEALTH UPDATE: So I came down with a sudden cold last week and for the last four days I’ve completely lost my voice. I mean completely, like nothing, hardly a whisper. This has never happened to me before and so am trying to rest and recover as fast as possible. Problem is I just landed in Cambodia to shoot a new movie and as such the production has had to rearrange the entire shoot schedule until I get my voice back 😅 Luckily I’m in a cozy little hotel that’s close to so many cute cafes like this amazing place that serves only raw vegan delicious goodness. As I’m also conscious of my carb intake, I’m delighted to see so many low-carb keto-friendly options as well: I present you... this raw zucchini pasta with avocado dressing, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, rocket and basil pesto and cashew ricotta. Soooooo good! (I’ve finished it as I’m writing this post) Also on my menu today was an immunity booster ginger lemon shot and this lovely energizing infusion of turmeric, ginger and lemongrass. In a way, I’m grateful for this unexpected day off, which is so very rare for me. I have no other agenda than to rest, nourish my body, and heal myself. I supposed not be there but end up I'm able to attend due to some accident happened. Fortunately I listen to @ooi_vv suggestion for bringing extra dresses to the event, so that I get the chance to rearrange my outfit "schedule", then finally I decided to wear @maglifestyleofficial for the China Night.
Lots of media, filmmaker, producers and director attending on that day and they like the styling ❤️ Imma lucky girl anyway!
