=================================
1) Come to mind(思い浮かぶ)
=================================
「真っ先に思い浮かぶのは〜」は「The first thing that comes to mind is ____.」、「何も思いつきません」は「Nothing comes to mind.」
<例文>
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of American food?
Don’t worry about making mistakes. Just say whatever comes to mind.
Nothing comes to mind right now. I’ll have to think about it.
=================================
2) That’s fair(なるほど)
=================================
<例文>
That’s fair. I see what you’re saying. That makes sense.
Fair enough. If you’re that passionate about it, then you should do it.
Fair enough. I’ll find someone to cover your shift tomorrow.
=================================
3) Get in someone’s face(人の気に障ることを言う)
=================================
<例文>
An angry customer got in my face today and started yelling at me.
Our boss got in Tony’s face because he was messing around during an important meeting.
Don’t get in her face. She had nothing to do with it.
=================================
4) Raise one’s voice(怒鳴る)
=================================
<例文>
I know you are upset but don’t raise your voice at me.
When he loses his temper, he always raises his voice.
I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to raise my voice.
=================================
5) Mess around(ふざける)
=================================
✔ちなみに、「I’m just messing around.」
<例文>
Stop messing around and do your homework.
Can you stop messing around? We’re having a serious conversation.
I’m just messing around. Don’t take it seriously.

Someone asks me on Clubhouse today 👉🏻 “How do you grow your Instagram account?”
💁🏻♀️If only I get a dollar every time someone asks that question. Anyway, here’s my quick answer:
1️⃣ Know your NICHE - meaning who are you are speaking to. Who do you want to attract? It’s not about having every Tom, Dick and Harry following you, just to boost that number of followers.
Be specific. What type of woman needs your content? What’s her burning pain? Desire? Dream?
How are you the person she would look up to? Or relate to?
Every single post & story should be INTENTIONALLY speaking to your avatar. Solve her problems. You can start by nailing your bio and sharing a mix of educational + inspirational content that speaks to her specific problems.
2️⃣ WORK WITH the algorithm. Understand what Instagram wants and how your post could reach more people. Don’t try to trick the algorithm - you’ll alway be playing catch-up. Also, the algorithm is not out to screw you. It’s ensuring the best experience for all the users.
Study hashtags, Google trend, TikTok and YouTube to see what specific topics in your niche are trending. In short, what does your niche want to see?
3️⃣ Raise your personal BRAND. See what everyone else in your industry is doing? Now, go the other direction. Stand apart.
Instead of chasing your followers and brand deals, learn what would ATTRACT them to you. Trust me, it’s a much more fun game to play.😌
Put your blinders on and just do you. Find your voice & share your story. Stay in your own lane & focus your energy on clearing your mental space. That’s how you can be creative. And that includes unfollowing people who doesn’t add value to your consumption. (Pro-tip: You can mute them if you’re friends with them 😆)
PS: I’m working on an IG Growth Bootcamp for those who wants to grow on IG. I want you to make progress - so there will be a small fee. Drop me a DM if you’re interested!
👏🏻👏🏻 Now action time. Which of these can you implement right away! Comment and let’s chat!

Japanese Lyrics :
No Good
Amplitude
Frequency
Pops Rock Fusion Jazz R&BにCountry
そんくらいで feel so good!
Chinese Lyrics :
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!!
English Lyrics :
If you’re matching up to an indefinite Hƶ, that’s no good…
So adjust your dial like inputting a password!
Those unseen wavelengths will carry your voice- its sound,
Going on to rewrite those nameless times.
Forming a bridge between our skies- connecting our feelings-
Is a bouncing jingle that has us shining bright!
C’mon, radio! Blasting those cool sounds, erase even that melancholic noise!
Even the frustration from difficult times will float off like a bubble!
So great day: humming a casual tune, apply some make up to those monochrome days!
That sound, reduced to ashes, will be an energy unto tomorrow – yes!
Use the breadth of these vibes to communicate the amplitude!
But if you keep going so far away, the frequency won’t reach…
Those comforting words that shake our eardrums
Begin to run throughout your bodies.
Pops, Rock, Fusion, Jazz, R&B, and Country;
The moment their sounds start flowing, our hearts begin to dance!
Oh, DJ! With your perfectly nice selection, erase someone’s loneliness!
All that stress they’ve saved up will turn to smoke and trail away!
So great day: with a catchy intro, raise the grade of those monochrome days!
It’ll go on to color any scenery it touches – yes!
C’mon, radio! Blasting those cool sounds, erase every noise that gets in the way!
Squeeze the sound right out of any complaint put to words!
Just like that, it feels so good! Finding our own tuning, we’ll get a 1UP!
So clench that fist tightly, so firmly – yes!!

Happy Reformation Day! Today, we want to celebrate not just one, but two really special events.
Many of us know that on Oct 31st, 1517, German monk and scholar Martin Luther set in motion the first Grace Revolution (since the time of the Apostles) when he nailed his Ninety-five Theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany.
In a time when church tradition demanded that Christians pay for their salvation by their own works, his theses marked the beginning of believers all over the world rediscovering the true gospel of Jesus Christ—which declares that we are saved and justified by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
As we commemorate Reformation Day, let’s take a moment to truly honor and appreciate our Lord Jesus for all that He accomplished at the cross for us. Because of Him, you and I can come boldly to the throne of grace and find grace in time of need (Heb. 4:16).
Interestingly, something happened on Reformation Day on October 31st, 1992. A prophetic minister, Paul Cain, held an event at the National Indoor Stadium in Singapore.
During the event, Paul Cain called out a young man from the crowd, asking him to stand. He prophesied over him, declaring, "The Lord said that you are going to be one of His fiery evangelists."
That young man was not seated in the front section with all the other pastors and leaders from various churches in Singapore. He was just an ordinary attendee seated somewhere in the crowd.
And yet, he was singled out by the Lord through Paul Cain.
That young man was Pastor Prince.
We thought you might want to watch the prophecy that was spoken over Pastor Prince that night, and so we’ve included the full video together with this post.
While it was witnessed by thousands of people who were present at the stadium, none of them could have imagined how the Lord would raise this man, whom we now know and love as our beloved pastor, to be such a powerful voice for the gospel of grace in our generation.
Likewise, we want you to know that you have a purpose, calling, and mission that only you can fulfill.
Even if this has been a very difficult and challenging season for you, hold fast to the promises and prophesies that have been spoken over your life—and may you fulfill your great and wonderful destiny in Christ.
Your best days are ahead of you.
Lots of love,
Team JP

Project Unsung is a campaign featuring leading artists who turn their songs and most heartfelt lyrics into spoken words in a bid to destigmatize conversations around the topic. The hope is to raise awareness and draw attention to how crucial conversations and lending a thoughtful voice can be to destigmatizing mental health for those both inside and outside the music industry.
Turning songs into sentiment by removing the bright lights, the beats, the moves and hearing the true message behind the lyrics, we hope it can encourage more people to speak out and realise that it’s OK to not feel OK sometimes.
The campaign has been created in support of the Speak Your Mind campaign, powered by United for Global Mental Health ahead of World Mental Health Day (October 10th). It’s part of the specialist charity’s 24-hour virtual March for Mental Health, which aims to drive change and investment in mental health globally. Warner has partnered with integrated communications agency Iris to bring the campaign to life.
Warner Music Asia has also created a playlist featuring songs from the campaign and others, which you can listen to here: https://WMA.lnk.to/projectunsung
