多謝一位朋友今早發來給我的一條短片，介紹一款叫「里斯本朱古力蛋糕」😆的新口味蛋糕 (香港某店發售)！我看着短片，想知道為什麼叫做里斯本蛋糕...原來是因為蛋糕用了10年Tawny port wine (砵酒)做材料。
純粹個人意見😅，如果蛋糕添了砵酒做材料之一，是否應該叫做「波圖朱古力蛋糕」會更貼切一點? 如果叫「杜羅河谷朱古力蛋糕 Douro Valley Chocolate Cake」或許沒有太大的購買吸引力🙃。
Anyway, 看到有葡萄牙風味的食品名字在香港出現，還是有點驚喜的☺️。

從酒店頂樓的餐廳往下望，俯瞰整個赫庫勒斯港（Port Hercules）的畫面令人陶醉，真是如詩如畫，渾然忘了有正事待辦，一個箭步趕到酒店門口，整齊排開的各式超跑雖是目光焦點，不過那斜照晨曦也讓New Flying Spur玲瓏浮凸的曲線更加顯著，尤其車頭那Flying B立徽緩緩升起的幾秒間，彷彿整個世界為之凝結的同時，車內精美皮革座椅在光線明暗之間的呈現手法亦令人嘆為觀止，即便New Flying Spur有部分設計承襲自Continental GT，如排檔桿、計時器及12.3吋螢幕，但處處賞心悅目，且車頭那W12雙渦輪增壓引擎啟動後，635hp馬力低沉音頻不怒而威，好一個精彩開場。
