Three successful intakes down, and our delivery of the workshop was evolving nicely into the true foundational education experience we intended: to show coaches the level of information out there that they could be using to better their craft. And now, we’re completely cut off from providing the all-important practical element to the course 😔

Weekly PT sessions on @joompa were at an all-time high 📈 and now we’re operating at 10% capacity 📉

I’m not so deluded to think that I know enough about the virus to have an opinion on what the best solution truly is. I do know that the current state of affairs is destroying decades worth of hard work for a lot of people and it’s very difficult to watch 🥺 Like it or not, getting “the jab” seems to be the solution to stop that happening (or at least slow the bleeding).

I’m grateful that Joompa’s model was built to be capable of weathering this storm, and I hope that anyone in the industry who shares my passion for improving people’s fitness manages to stay afloat as well, somehow 🙏🏽

Plenty of people have given up the personal training profession recently to move into other business - and no judgement (or surprise) given the climate we find ourselves in 🌪 If you were a PT in the first place because it seemed easy, maybe e-commerce or something is a better option for you anyway. But if you’re a coach or a trainer who is genuinely dedicated to bettering the lives of those who place their faith, time and energy in you… I hope you find a way to stick around.

It is helpless when you take your destiny in your own hands by keeping them sanitized as often as possible.

本年は、精力的に配信ライブを企画してきました。

第１弾は、７月『配信デビュー！ 初！ ファンが選ぶ森高ソング ベスト１０ !! ～森高千里歌唱にてドキドキの発表！～』初めてファンのみなさんからリクエストを募集し、無観客で「コットンクラブ」（東京・丸の内）。１０月『森高千里ライブ２０２０ ～音楽評論家・小貫信昭が選ぶ “深淵なる名曲” ベスト２０』今年に入って初めて６５名を集客し、バンドメンバーと一緒に出来たライブZepp DiverCity（東京）。

そして、第３弾は『今度は森高千里が選ぶ1回目2回目のライブ配信では歌わなかったマイフェイバリット・マイソングス〜森高千里ライブ２０２０ FINAL』文字どおり1回目と2回目のライブ配信では歌わなかった、私、森高千里が選んだちょっとこだわりのあるお気に入りの曲をキャパシティ半分の５５０名の集客でZepp Hanedaで収録。

前回に引き続き、普段のライブではなかなかできないカバーを今回も披露、数年前にライブを観に行かせてもらったCAPSULEの楽曲から「more more more」をカバー。

As you know, we've worked hard to do live streaming shows this year. I made my live stream debut" in July 2020, performed 10 songs which were voted by the fans for the first time and performed at an empty Cotton Club (Tokyo). Then the second live stream show was In October which was a "Live Band Set" with 65 audience in Zepp DiverCity (Tokyo), which became my first show "with an audience" in 2020. And for this time, just like the title shows, I picked my personal favorites which I didn't pick on the previous two shows, and recorded in front of 550 fans (half of the venue capacity) at Zepp Haneda. Just like the previous show, I got to perform a rare cover of "more more more" from CAPSULE's songs which I went to see a few years ago.
