Rub the oil in my hands then inhale the scent a few times to de-stress and then Gently massage it all over my face to let the oil penetrate into skin. I also use it together with my sun block and foundation for the morning. I love how it leaves my skin looking glowy and feeling velvety.

Other products I'm using has been working great as well, especially the skin relief cream which calms and refreshes skin. It does wonders locking in moisture and the absorption rate is great too!

It's about the big tech companies from foreign countries.
Starting to go into business finance.

This has started to happen in Thailand recently.
Whether it's a loan release from a car app like Grab.
Or Shopee Interest Payment Installment Service

However, players who are originally in financial institutions will also try to break into new business involved.

And one of those players is named a piggy bank..
A piggy bank will enter into a business of releasing loans, pawns, license plates, and personal loans. Normally, these loans will have non-bank financial institutions, aka sleep bank, the main player.

So what challenge is the piggy bank with the same player?
Invest man will tell you about it.

Recently..
Piggy Bank just appointed a new Director of Bank
It's Mr. Vithai Rattanakorn which is the 17th Director of Bank.
Since the bank was founded for 107 years.

After taking the position of Mr. Witthai Rattanakorn
Well, strategize the piggy bank as Social Bank.
Or full social bank

One of the announced strategies is to bring the piggy bank into the sleep bank business.
Whether it's personal loan, credit card, cash card and car registration loan.

And recently, the piggy bank has just launched a loan, pawn, car and motorcycle registration.

Interesting thing is that banks will lower interest rates to lower than they are in the market.
Which is likely to drop by half or around 10-14 % per annum.

For causes to downgrade, the bank reasoned that the pawn-license type loan is the source.
Another loan that the foundation citizens or low income people use the service.

While what was still a problem all the time, the people foundations didn't reach the loan in the system.
And loans from outside the system with interest rate of 40-50 % per annum

And even if some people have access to the loan in the system, we will find out that the interest rate sleeps the bank.
Still slightly higher than average commercial bank interest rate.

So how high is the sleep bank business interest rate ceiling?

16 % credit card interest
25 % cash press card interest
24 % interest pawn car license plate

Each company has different interest rates.
For example,

MTC and SAWAD business, pawn, license plate.
A slightly lower interest rate charge below the highest ceiling.

While credit card companies like KTC and AEONTS score interest rates at highest ceiling.

Surely if the piggy bank issued a loan at a lower interest rate than the market.
It's going to put pressure on other players in the system to tend to lower interest rates to compete with piggy banks.

That means the profits of these companies will decrease in the long term.
And that will lead to a fundamental assessment of the company's value that has changed from the same.

However, the issue is still mindful is risk management under lower interest rates.
How does the piggy bank have a criteria for recruiting debtors and controlling the amount of debt?

This is also one interesting move.
Because the business of sleeping bank is a business that enjoys interest rate and high loan.
While financial costs are low because of interest, the policy has been low for a long time.
In the past, no one dare to reduce the interest collected from customers.
There are only banks of Thailand with supervisory duties. Order to reduce interest ceiling.

And of course, it's a piggy bank sleepout business this year.
It will become another challenge that these companies have to face. No more or less..

《香港邊城青年就「港版國安法」將通過人大之聲明》

中共以附件方式繞過立法會，試圖推行國安法，手法粗獷，視香港法治為無物，以極為邪惡陰險的所謂法律，進一步箝制香港的自由，斷絕香港民主之路。

香港邊城青年針對中共人大強推國安法，徹底崩解一國兩制之聲明：

一）國安法「攬炒」香港 一國一制粉碎法治精神
香港過去的繁榮建基於法治精神，中共進一步踐踏法治，以「政治攬炒」方式，把香港送上不歸路，攻擊港人最珍而重之的核心價值，刀刀見骨。強推國安法，以「中國製造，香港實施」的方式，全面斷送一國兩制，重挫香港國際地位，誰是破壞香港的千古罪人，歷史自有公論。

二）沒有香港恐怖主義，只有中共恐怖政權
中共先前之所以力圖將抗爭者污名化、打成「本土恐怖主義」。回頭來看，就是準備從內部進一步輸出極權到香港。這種「中國特色國安」就已被世界看穿，實為打壓異已、為黨服務、真正在散佈紅色恐怖的工具，中共的所有辭措，皆是此地無銀的藉口。

三）懇求台灣堅守主權，向受壓迫的港人伸出援手
港人血淋淋的經驗，已經清晰地證明：所謂莊嚴的歷史共識與法律協議，在中共流氓政權眼裡，隨時可以一手撕毀。
懇請所有台灣人，放棄所有的幻想，團結堅守台灣主權，絕對不可以相信所謂九二共識、和平協議、一國兩制等政治協商方案。
同時，香港情況急轉直下，不只在街頭抗爭的人有風險，由於國安法能以言入罪，將打壓所有擁有自由思考的香港人。為此，在港人受中共更大壓迫的時刻，也懇請台灣全方面支持香港人，向抗爭者伸出援手。

四）呼籲國際用一切手法制止中國破壞香港
在此艱難時刻，香港亟需國際社會支持，務必持續監察香港的政治、人權及自由狀況，盡世界公民之責任，對抗中共不公不義之舉。香港的國際戰線，更應茁壯成長，不斷增強、累積極權的成本，促使全球自由國家及人民，共同認清、監察、防禦、制裁中共極權的所作所為，支持香港人的絕地一戰！

Statement on Hong Kong National Security Legislation

The Chinese Coummunist Party passes the decision of establishing the National Security Legislation, bypassing the Hong Kong Legislative Council, as an Article Annex in Hong Kong. Its tyrannical methodology violates the central concept of rule-of-law. It further narrows Hong Kong’s freedom and our pursuit of democracy.

In response to the National Security Legislation, the Hong Kong Outlanders in Taiwan states the following:

1) National Security Legislation sets fire on One Country Two Systems
Hong Kong’s vitality has long depended on its essence and belief in rule-of-law. But with the National Security Law, the CCP government is destroying HK’s core values and sentencing our future to death.

The National Security Legislation passed by the National People’s Congress is an act equivalent to a complete destruction and betrayal of “One Country Two Systems”, an internationally known promise from the CCP and the foundation to HK’s thrift. Destroying “One Country Two Systems” is pulling down our global economic status and China is crushing Hong Kong in an irreversible manner.

2) There is never Hong Kong Terrorism, but Chinese Authoritarianism

Chinese Communist Party has been attempting to stigmatize Hong Kong freedom fighters since the beginning. They aim to alter the movement into “domestic terrorism” which solemnly for their underlying agenda: Expand their authoritarian government from inland to Hong Kong.

The so-called “Enhancing national security” have already well-known as different brutal means. It has been a tool for the government to suppress the opposite, serve the party, and spread terror among its territory so they can have total control. Thus, the explanations given by CCP are simply the candy wrap of poison and excuses.

3) We hope Taiwan can maintain its sovereignty and offer a helping hand to suppressed Hongkongers

The cruel reality of Hongkongers is clearly demonstrated: The solemnity of historical consensus and law agreements are nothing but just an “expired historical document” to the Chinese Communist Party.

We, thereby, sincerely hope that Taiwanese can drop their fantasy of CCP, recognize reality, and maintain Taiwan’s sovereignty. With reference to Hong Kong’s situation, the political agreements or corporations initiated by the Chinese Communist Party, such as the 1992 consensus, Cross-strait peace agreement, “One Country Two Systems” are completely untrustworthy.

Meanwhile, with the drastically exacerbating situation in Hong Kong, all Hongkongers, no longer the protestors, who have free-thoughts will be prosecuted and suppressed. Therefore, we hope Taiwan can support Hongkongers in comprehensive prospect and help with our freedom fighters.

4) We urge the international community to stop China from destroying HK’s high autonomy by all means.

During these difficult times, Hong Kong urgently required the International community to act as a guardian, stay close to the situation of politics, human rights, and freedom, and stand against the injustice of the Chinese Communist Party.

We urge the international community to straighten the global alliance and fight the biggest tyranny in the world. We call to your attention to recognize, watch, defend, and sanction China. Fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong.

Following the series 6 of Yayasan Pillar Friday Food Basket program to lessen the burden of city poor, we went down and donated basic necessities to the needy in Kampung Semariang Batu and also studied other basic problems faced by them on a daily basis. Commonly found are broken down houses with water pouring down to the houses during rain and failure of application for help from relevant government agencies. Commonly found also are children who stop going to school at their early ages and kids involved in drugs and theft.

One of the ways Yayasan Pillar helps the city poor is through its #KongsiBersedekaH program. The objective of #KongsiBersedekaH is to get community to engage in sharing the arduous burden faced by city poor families on a daily basis. If you wish to help lighten their burden, please don't hesitate to donate to lessen the daily PAIN faced by city poor. ?

For the upcoming program of City Poor & Students Drop-Out, #NoEducationWhatFuture, we also focus on teen-age children who neglect the importance of education and skip their classes regularly. Their future will impact the society in the coming future, so this issue shouldn't be overlooked and will be covered in our upcoming video.
