久違的隔夜燕麥粥,
這次是直接用muesli加豆漿優格🍎🍊
再加蘋果,橘子,豆漿,蜂蜜,肉桂粉
喇一喇,放冰箱冷藏隔夜或泡4小時。
隔要吃前再加上希臘優格,
藍莓,蔓越莓,燕麥穀片和脆片🤘
蜂蜜和肉桂粉永遠不嫌多😋

一直想吃終於買來吃吃看,
覺得貴鬆鬆,但終於下手 🐘
真的很濃稠,加蜂蜜無敵美味🍯

將近7年沒有生病的老公,這兩天一直在咳,然後今天終於請病假了(請到這種員工真好,7年才生病一次。)
我倒是精力充沛,把約全部取消在家照顧他!
但下午太閒,只好找點事來做做。剛好看到全球第一名全素部落客 Oh she glows (哇~ 她閃閃發亮),有一篇很健康的早餐馬芬糕,家裡剛好食材也都有,就做了一堆,明天剛好可以拿去與朋友分享。
它所有食材都是符合低升糖指數、沒有蛋、奶及奶油。
採用西方、歐美最夯的養生食材:

斯佩爾特粉 (spelt flour 一種古老的小麥粉)~ 減肥或不能吃麵粉朋友們的聖品

斯佩爾特小麥 ( 英文名稱: Spelt )
始於石器時代,在銅器時代末期擴展到整個歐洲。一些文獻裡記載:瑞士是最適合栽種斯佩爾特小麥的的地方之一。20世紀的時候斯佩爾特小麥的足跡漸漸消失在各地,取而代之的是傳統小麥。因為傳統小麥的產量比較豐富,帶來的經濟價值較大。21世紀的今天,因為斯佩爾特小麥對肥料的需求較低,隨著有機農業的日漸發展,它又開始受到重視。
斯佩爾特小麥含有很高的蛋白質和豐富的維他命E,B、葉酸、菸鹼酸以及許多礦物質(鐵、鎂、磷)及優良的不飽和脂肪酸且不含膽固醇,容易消化並可以預防心臟病。對於有小麥不適症(如一些腹痛、或過敏現象),斯佩爾特小麥是一個很好的替代品。
同時斯佩爾特小麥也讓人容易有飽足感,對運動員以及需要控制體重的人來說是很適合的食物。

Our vegan “meatballs” were so good that we can’t stop figuring out new recipes for them. We just keep experimenting and keep coming up with new ideas. Make up a big batch of meatballs some Sunday and use them in a different dish all week long.

1 Can Tomatoes, Sliced
2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
½ Cup Coconut Milk (or more if you’re digging it)

Normally we use this channel to showcase our own vegan twists on Asian dishes, the dishes we grew up loving with some twists for a new health-conscious audience. Today’s video is a bit different, we wanted to share one of our favorite recipes from one of our favorite blogs, Oh She Glows. Ingredients:
4 heaping cups cauliflower
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (or any nut milk)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt, or to taste
1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Fettuccine pasta of choice (I used one (8-oz) box of Eden Organic Spelt Ribbons)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
