3-Ingredient Oat Bites. 😋 I've been sharing this recipe for the past several years, and it's still my favourite quick energy boost! It's vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. If you crave for a chocolate bar or something sweet, make this instead. See below for recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Additional toppings
- 1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Goji Berries
.
Steps:
- Melt maple syrup and peanut butter under low heat until well combined. Don't cook!
- Remove from heat. Combine rolled oats and the additional toppings.
- Shape into small bites or squares. Keep chill in the fridge for up to a week.

材料在这里哦:
Chocolate Overnight Oats
* 1 banana
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 2 tablespoons Nutrabliss Organic chia seeds
* 4 teaspoons cacao powder
* 4 teaspoons maple syrup
* 1 1/3 cups walnut milk (or milk of choice)
* 1/4 cup chopped Nutrabliss walnuts
* 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
fruits & nuts
Granola Bars
1 ½ cups (120 g) Nutrabliss organic rolled oats (not instant or quick cook)
1 cup (100 g) quinoa flakes (or spelt, barley or further oats flakes)
½ cup (170 g) honey
¼ cup (45 g) Nutrabliss extra virgin coconut oil
zest of 1 orange
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
pinch salt
½ cup (60 g) unsalted, roasted shelled pumpkin seeds
¼ cup (30 g) unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup (70 g) dried cranberries
½ cup (80 g) raisin
Matcha Granola
3 Handful of nuts
60-70g coconut oil
130g maple syrup
2 TBSP matcha
300g Nutrabliss organic rolled oats
3 tbsp Nutrabliss organic Chia seeds
Add dried cranberries, Nutrabliss Goji Berries
