本年度我目前讀過最重要和有意義的「書」。我一直很討厭這種寫成一條一條規則的書，認為它們太膚淺、太無聊、太雞精而沒營養。這本書卻讓我感受到不同。
因為它的建議真的很不同，甚至是unconventional的、有爭議性的。他基本上和特朗普一樣。我在看了這本書的附帶Netflix紀錄片 'Get Me Roger Stone'後，感覺此人深深影響了特朗普。
喜歡這個人的人生觀。自小在英國讀書，覺得美國人的一套不是我杯茶。但近年越來越欣賞他這類 alternative right (不是 neo conservative)的thinkers:
Stop struggling. Accept yourself. Be who you are.
Love being hated because it means you are effective.
Show graceful, easy carelessness.
Life is a battle. Never quit.
Dont be scared of anyone or anything. Dont avoid risks
Great leaders maintain some mystery, and has personal style. Be bland and ppl wont remember you.
Respond to attacks rapidly, and with devastating counter-attacks.
To win, its good to be a ferocious critic without being seen as a nasty curmudgeon.
To make the news, sometimes you have to create the news
Dont reply to those beneath you, only those above.
When you are broke, go first class. So over tip and be generous.
Never pass up the opportunity to have sex or be on television.
Balance form and function. Fuck Tesla. Love Alfa Romeo.
In the presence of a celebrity, dont gush - it shows your lack of sophistication and social status. Remain indifferent.
To break through the media clutter, you ideas have to be pungent, over-the-top, provocative and outrageous.
