大家平常都吃什麼保健品呢? 我個人主要吃綜合維他命和葉黃素，有時會搭配吃女生需要的鐵和老外們常吃的褪黑激素~ 今天來分享兩款最近買的保健品，是我從前陣子就開始做功課之後買的，亞洲人好像都很愛買保肝品~常常熬夜加上作息非常不正常所以我就上網做了一些功課，原以為老外們沒在保肝，原來還是有得買! 最後買了薑黃(Turmeric)和奶薊(Milk Thistle)萃取物。

✨薑黃Turmeric✨本身就是一個提升免疫力跟抗發炎的好物，薑黃素具有促進酒精分解，讓肝臟分泌更多膽汁酸的功能，能緩解脂肪肝也能提升肝臟解毒的功能。

✨奶薊Milk Thistle✨則是我第一次聽到，可能因為在亞洲很少這種植物吧~上網查才發現一堆老外在吃! 奶薊(Milk Thistle)所含的水飛薊素(Silymarin)對於提高肝臟活力，促進肝臟再生都很有幫助，也有研究發現對於慢性肝炎患者的肝指數有所助益。

前幾天跟大家分享了幫助睡眠的色胺酸和褪黑激素，今天來分享故眼睛的葉黃素Lutein🤓眾所皆知葉黃素是低頭族的健康補給品，但是你有在吃嗎? 我自己已經吃了幾年，因為工作的關係用眼量蠻大的~有時候會眼睛過勞到要去眼科報到😅所以每天都有在吃葉黃素。令我驚訝的是，辦公室裡的老外幾乎每個人都有在吃! 有時候覺得老外們飲食習慣很不健康，後來發現他們營養品倒是吃很多😆😆😆平日的葉黃素膠囊大多是10-40mg，會搭配玉米黃素Zeaxanthin，營養師的說明是葉黃素和玉米黃素是相輔相成的~ 原本我是在Costco減價時買20mg的Trunature葉黃素膠囊(減價後大約$15)，也買過Nature Made和Nature's Bounty的，這兩牌也都是20mg~ 台灣DHC賣的是金盞花萃取葉黃素是16mg，還有搭配花青素和維他命E~我也買過~後來在Amazon看到這款40mg的葉黃素，評價超高，而且120顆只要不到$15，就改買這罐了~ 這罐是美國製的~提供大家採買葉黃素參考看看!😊
