陆续收到兄弟两人的学习单位发出通知，十月恢复实体课。

「科比，弟弟星期五能回幼儿园上课，妈妈在想着怎样安排。」

「嗯，可以先不让弟弟去吗？我下午会很闷，很想弟弟。」

谢谢哥哥如此坦诚，我也会有点不习惯家中少了弟弟的奶音3D环绕音。两兄弟彼此影响着彼此，哥哥补习班恢复，弟弟也会告别无法投入太多的网课，我们要回到接送与“正常”生活的日子了。

「 #一切要回到正常了。」刚忙完新节目拍摄的马先生昨天吐出这句话。听着内心有点鬼打墙（不正常日常中的正常），这一年多虚实之间的转换，生活步调转变时又再度经历混乱到适应。

➋. #喜极而泣的弟弟

昨天马先生回归家中，给两兄弟制造小惊喜，午餐约他们到游泳池野餐和终于可以下水！刚上完网课的哥哥，兴奋得尖叫乱跳舞，弟弟欢天喜地的随着哥哥一起欢呼。但这四岁小朋友耶耶耶到一半，突然脸部抽蓄挤成一团，然后爆哭！哎呀呀，这小朋友竟然会 #喜极而泣！

激动到极点反而爆哭，那感觉妈妈很懂。我很变态的欣赏着这小男生的情绪流动，抱起他拍拍，「弟弟太感动了是吗？」请马先生记录这一幕，让孩子记得这感受，越小越容易为微小的事感动感恩，这能力在大人身上反而“生锈”了，不是感受反应太慢，就是不好意思表现出来。

谢谢弟弟在喜悦中夺眶而出的眼泪，让全家看见他的真情流露。

➌. #确保孩子有光有热
┗━━━━━━━━┛

我们大人随口的一句话、一个眼神、一个举动，都会让孩子有无限的想象。如果能在日常对话中，加入一些激发孩子对事物好奇、想探索的兴趣，这会提升他们的学习和表达的动机哦！

弟弟哭完，我和他爸爸说：「如果刚刚我们是用“有什么好哭啊，哭什么哭啊？”之类的话语来接住弟弟的情绪，以后他可能会压抑，不会多透露内在真实感受了。」#不想让孩子长大变成面无表情的大人

我们大人太擅长这种惯性回应方式，可能一方面也是一种含蓄和及时回避尴尬的反应。无论是孩子分享任何事情，或表现出他们的情绪时，我们一起让孩子「 #有光有热」，而不急于「 #泼水喷火」。

早安，星期三，九月最后两天了！生活很奇妙，我这个月一直出现一个念头，开多一个Podcast 叫做 MOON TALK （中文随便想到 月讲讲 哈 你有IDEA？）想分享育儿之外的事，随心随意聊，然后昨天就听了隋棠的Podcast #隋声听，聊儿童性侵防治的话题。今早又看见一张图（在我story附上图），心里觉得 It‘s a sign！

想起读到的这句话 “Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.” — Ernest Holmes（美國作家）

真的「生活是一面镜子，它会把你所想的反映出來。」 所以在我们的“镜子”中，放入更多积极和正向、温暖和爱，出现在眼前的事都变得更可爱。有空一起擦亮也照顾好这面镜子哦～！

有女儿是幸福的。我有你们俩，双倍幸福。❤ Happy International Daughter's Day, my dears.

I don't think I could have survived the past year if not for the two of you. I see how you have matured and grown as big sisters, how you try your best to teach and tolerate your younger brother, how you dote on the baby to the moon and back, how you enjoy being little Mamas and helping to change diapers, bathe, carry and calm him when he cries, how you try your best to cope with HBL, homework and revision independently, how you care for each other and like to share girly secrets, and last but not least, how you love me and Papa too.

Growing up, I thought having two kids would be ideal but that notion changed along the way. A big part of it was because seeing the two of you grow up into who you are made me feel like it would be wonderful to have a bigger family. Indeed, both of you have welcomed your siblings with open arms and are the best daughters and best sisters I could dream of, and I am so thankful that we are where we are today.

No doubt we will still have a great deal of challenges to tackle as you two become tweens and teens in a year or two, yet somehow, I know one way or another, we are gonna be all right. No, in fact, we are gonna be more than all right. We will weather every storm hand in hand and through it all, you two will be my BFFs and hopefully, I can be someone whom you are willing to share all your ups and downs, joy and woe with too.

Thank you for making me believe that I can be a good mum and for motivating me to be even better every day. I love you, my girls. ❤

{Recipe} Ginger Beef with Straw Mushroom 🐮 🍄
This is a very easy dish which I have cooked several times. This time round I added Mili straw mushrooms which imparted a different texture to the dish.

Ingredients:
1 can Mili Straw Mushrooms
3 stalks spring onion, cut into 3-cm wedges
1 medium sized onion, sliced.
2 Tb white sesame
3 x 200g wagyu beef Shabu Shabu slices

For the marinade:
6 Tb @newmoonsg soy sauce
6 Tb sake or shao xing wine
3 Tb mirin
3 Tb minced ginger
3/4 green apple, grated

Method:

1. Marinade the meat by combining all the marinade ingredients and the thawed beef slices. Set aside for at least 30min
2. Heat the saucepan and fry the white sesame till golden brown. Set aside for garnish later
3. Heat 1 Tb butter in the same saucepan. Sautéed straw mushrooms and onion. Set aside
4. Stir fry the meat over medium high heat (I didn’t add all the marinade but you can add in if you wish).
5. Toss back the straw mushrooms, onions and mix evenly.
6. Scatter roasted white sesame and garnish with spring onion (optional)
