What is 50 HAH Circuit?
there will be total of 10 exercises, including this burpees. All 50 reps! Simple.
After your 50 burpees!
You can start this Circuit tomorrow.
- can take break when necessary
- suggestion: can break each 50 reps full circuit into 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10 , repeat the circuit for 5 rounds to make up to 50 reps each exercise, but don’t forget to write down, prevent lost count. For me I like to complete each exercises 50 reps, then move to the next exercise. Took minimal rest only for split jump, squat jump, skaters.
- only burpees don’t split into rounds.
- try to take minimal rest.
Workout detail:
1️⃣ 50 HAH burpees (chest to ground)
2️⃣ 50 HAH jumping jack
3️⃣ 50 HAH Split Jump (left & Right count 1, can do beginner variation by hopping close legs in the middle before split)
4️⃣ 50 HAH High Knees ( Left & Right Count 1; bring legs up towards waist level)
5️⃣ 50 HAH Bicycle Crunch (Left & Right count 1)
6️⃣ 50 HAH Plyo Skater (left & right count 1)
7️⃣ 50 HAH Oal Woodchopper L
50 HAH Oal woodchopper R.
( aka Pek chai!!!!)
8️⃣ 50 HAH Squat Jumps
9️⃣ 50 HAH Russian Twists (Left & Right count 1)
🔟 50 HAH Mountain Climbers (Left & Right count 1)
I completed the whole circuit close to 30 mins.

Day 12 ; Abs (everyone who knows me I rarely/ never do Abs) but these are some Abs workout you could follow, requested by my fave Miss India @srishtivyakaranam ❤️

1) DeadBug
- lay flat on your back with arms holding up straight & legs up 90degrees.
- drop down your (R) hand & (L) leg down together and vice versa
.
2) Water Bottle High Hold High Cruches
- Hold a water bottle or any weights above you with straight arms, legs at 90 degree, perform a crunch by lifting your shoulder & upper back up.

3) KB Hold Single leg extension
- Hold on to a heavy weight or sofa, keep legs at 90degree, alternately extend your legs out & return (with control)

4) V Tuck Variation - Side to Side
- perform V tuck side to side with an object in the middle
.
5) Banded Bicycle Crunch
- Loop a band above your knee or (progression at your feet), do it without band if you don’t have any.
- Perform a bicycle crunch by tucking your knee towards your chest alternatively.

6) Set beast to shoulder tap
- Be down on all fours, press your wrist into the floor & lift your knees up 1 inch off the floor at all time
- Alternatively tap your shoulder while holding on to set beast.
