I’d like to talk about what I’ve been trying recently with these new wax seals.🙌🏻
I don’t know how exactly to call it so I’m gonna say double stamping here.😆
At first I was only to not wasting the failed wax pieces and I have zero patience to melt them again so I just redo on the same one,
then found out by this way there are a lot of fun and possibilities!
The combination can be unlimited.
That’s why I have many frames and mini wax seals this time.😗
Whether stamp the mini ones on the bigger frame; stamp with transparent wax(clear hot melt glue actually) on mixing color pieces, or simply play with different colors,
just try them and find out your preference.❤️
Some of my mini wax seals goes with bigger ones, of course,
also can use them separately.🙌🏻
I’m gonna make a few videos to show you how I do this and how I add them when packing.🌝
The following week is our wax seal week!😆

想先跟大家聊聊最近在試這些新封蠟章試出來的新玩法🙌🏻
姑且稱為雙層蓋印法吧😆
一開始只是不想浪費蓋失敗的蠟片，我沒什麼耐心重新熔化它們所以就直接又蓋上去，
發現這樣的作法有各種可能性，
組合可以有無限多種。
這也是這次這麼多外框和迷你封蠟的原因😗
不管是蓋小的在大的中間；在混色蠟片上蓋透明的蠟（我是用透明熱融膠），或是單純玩顏色混搭，
試試看就會找到自己喜歡的樣子❤️
這次有些迷你封蠟跟大的可以互相搭配，
當然分開使用也沒問題🙌🏻
我會拍些影片給大家看我是怎麼做這些蠟片以及應用在包裝上的樣子🌝

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR YOGA JOB INTERVIEW? - if you’re asking yourself the same question, 👀 along:

1️⃣- Have your photos taken. Other industries might not need a photo but in the field of yoga, almost every employer would ask for a photo to see how your practice is. So get some photos taken - professionally if possible.

2️⃣ - Have your bio ready. This should include how many and what trainings you have received. Highlight who your lead trainers were too. If possible, maybe ask your lead trainer to write a few comments (like a note of recommendation) about you. Highlight anything in the past that might make you a great hire too. If you're great with communicating with others, make sure you mention it.

3️⃣ - Research on the studio - Find out what the studio is; its background. Check out its website and IG, see what they offer and what is missing in their service. And see if you could provide what they need. If you know someone who's a member there, talk to them to get their perspective as a member. See what's working and what's not.

4️⃣ - Be yourself. At the interview, be honest and authentic. Employers are more interested in your personality and in seeing if you're a team player, rather than hoping you are the king of #handstand. A good interview is basically a good conversation. If this is your first interview, don't ask about the money right away. You should always ask questions and say thank you when you leave. Prepare a short sequence to demonstrate your teaching skills and keep the sequence simple. You don’t have to put your legs behind your head to teach a yoga class.

5️⃣- Leave a thank you note. Always say thank you after the interview. If you get the job, condragulations! If not, thank them again and ask for feedback. Find out how you could improve yourself and let them know that you are willing to work on those things.

These are my 5 tips on how to prepare for an interview and, most importantly, be reconsidered if you don't get the job right away. What do you guys think? Leave a comment if you have questions or got other useful tips too.

Took the time to explore Kampung Baru with a couple of friends. Our original plan was to try and capture the atmosphere of Hari Raya but I think a lot of people went back to their hometowns which made the place very quiet. It was really cloudy too which gave pretty flat lighting.

Definitely not my best/favourite set of images and I have to admit it did discourage me. In this episode I talk about coping and understanding that bad pictures will actually make you a better photographer.

In this video I want to talk about 5 things I wish I knew before I bought my first camera, so you won't make the same mistakes either. And not waste money, not have to switch cameras in a short run after you have bought your camera.

1. Computer and software
Even though this might feel not related, but all photos and videos need processing and editing if you want to get the best results, so having a computer that can actually work with the footage or images you have captured is really important. Especially if you have filmed videos in 4k you would need a powerful computer that can handle editing it, if not you might want to upgrade your computer first before planning on getting a camera.

2. Do your own research
Sellers at shops often just want to sell a camera and also they can get a bonus when they sell certain cameras, they often will use tactics to sell you those instead of getting you one that fits you. Also asking friend has its danger also, as fanboys of brand will only follow their own brand and often don't know the entire market and you can end up with a camera that is not that great, while there already be much better cameras on the market for the same price. So often take their advice with a grain of salt and research online as there a lot of website and youtube channels with informations to find what fits you the best.

3. Accessories
You might not have thought about it, but you also need a lot of additional things next to your camera, like a SD card, Lens, Microfoon, tripod and much more. So you want to check out all those things and build a set that gets you the camera and the accessories that fits your budget then just spending it all on a camera.

4. Buy 2nd hand gear
Some might not have thought about it or even are afraid of buying 2nd hand gear, buy you can actually either spend less on the same camera or even buy a better camera for the same price. Additionally you can find a lot of accessories 2nd hand and expanding the gear you can buy with your budget.

5. Expanding your budget
Honestly you might not even need to buy your first camera directly, you can wait a while longer and just save up some more money for the perfects camera instead. Also in the mean time you can either borrow a camera from a friend and also learn from them how to use it, but if you need the camera for some jobs you could also just rent a camera which cost far less than buying a camera.

This makeup tutorial was heavily inspired by Stylenanda/3CE. I checked out the site recently and fell in love with the Mood Recipe campaign photos!! such a Concept. I did use a lot of Korean makeup products in this video as well, I got a bunch of new things recently so I wanted to try them out!

I've been watching a lot of beauty videos and tried to combine different styles of editing for this video. There's always room to improve and I haven't been branching out of my comfort zone so I decided to do it today ^^ This editing style is definitely more time-consuming but lmk if you like it!

Oh and I got a new camera lens! I'm sooooooooo excited to use it, I did use it to film a few of the product clips in this video but I can't wait to see how it works with a full video~~~~
