今天發生令人遺憾的事件，非經稀釋 (undiluted) BNT疫苗被注射在25位民眾身上。
這是誰都不願意見到的事情，但國外許多經驗或許可以提供我們借鏡。
根據 ISMP 調查美國開打 covid 疫苗之後通報的不良事件，發現，因為 BNT 疫苗實在有夠難伺候，儲存條件複雜，解凍回溫的，也是唯一需要「稀釋」的疫苗，數字還是很難背誦的 0.45 mL 跟 1.8 mL。
讓許多醫療人員吃足苦頭，ISMP 發現，這些錯誤並不罕見，也提出了一些減少錯誤的方法。
而美國 CDC 🇺🇸 針對如果不小心發生錯誤，可能的處理建議，例如：打了未經稀釋的疫苗，還需要打第二劑嗎？不小心用錯誤的稀釋液稀釋，該怎麼辦？
重新檢視流程是必要的，增加防錯檢查點也是必須的，但更需要替已經抽到肌腱炎的醫療人員加油打氣💪🏻。
接著馬上又是流感疫苗旺季，數百萬劑的疫苗，醫療人員感到心累😢。

我喜歡買可以玩很久的玩具，就可以看出小孩的進步，自己也會覺得很有成就感。這次國外三大知名玩教具品牌聯合開團，讓大家一次買足。
美國Learning Resources是專門開發設計教具的品牌，很多幼兒園、早療機構都使用，做為教學輔助的教具，更榮獲多項大獎。
法國Janod最有名的就是磁鐵遊戲書，丸柚學校暑期課程，也有買這個磁鐵書送每個小朋友，還有磁鐵世界地圖，真的很值得收藏。
比利時SMART GAMES最有名的就是童話故事桌遊，設計很可愛也可以玩好幾年。
我們家玩了兩年多，很多都沒有玩膩。不僅好玩，更可以促進多方面的發展。文章有詳細的介紹喔。

✅ LR轉轉齒輪建構系列超好玩，齒輪除了可以平面延伸之外，也可以變成立體的。只要轉動一個齒輪，其他都會連動一起轉，超好玩！讓孩子認識齒輪連動原理，培養專注力、解決問題的能力。我覺得至少要買100pc才夠玩。寵物樂園多了動物還有摩天輪，丸子比較愛這組。
✅ LR超級水果派柚子很愛，玩了兩年還沒玩膩。有兩支小夾子可以夾水果。透過夾取的動作，可以訓練手部精細動作的靈活度，並且學習分類顏色、分辨形狀、數數…等等。
✅ LR溜溜軌道丸子超愛，可以自己拼湊磁鐵軌道，看球滾下來很刺激。可以吸在冰箱或是白板上，創造不同的軌道讓球滾到終點。
✅ LR我會看時鐘時針無法硬轉，要轉分針才會動。可以了解時鐘的運作。上面有標示秒數。有很多張活動卡，可以讓小朋友紀錄自己平常生活作息的時間。還有數字時間和時鐘配對卡

Smart games把經典童話故事做成桌遊，小孩都很喜歡。從外觀設計到玩法，都有非常多巧思。每套都有附贈一本圖畫故事書，可以練習說故事的能力。
每款都有兩種玩法，有分不同難易度，可以從3歲玩到7歲。每款都需要動腦筋解題，可以訓練孩子獨立思考的能力，更能促進多項發展。像是空間概念、策略規劃、解決問題、邏輯推理、語言表達…
✅ Smart games三隻小豬是要把不同形狀的房子放進遊戲板裡面，一種是要把小豬關進去，避免被大野狼吃掉。另一種是小豬蓋房子，小豬要在房子外面。需要花很多時間嘗試，很好玩。
✅ Smart games小紅帽是要把正確的路徑放到遊戲板裡面，幫助小紅帽走到奶奶家。進階玩法是，要讓大野狼跟小紅帽走到奶奶家，但大野狼路徑要比較短，因為故事裡大野狼是先到奶奶家的。
✅ Smart games睡美人是走迷宮遊戲，有四片拼板，有四種難易度。要讓王子通過荊棘迷宮到城堡救出公主。另一種玩法是，要把噴火龍擋住王子的路，不讓王子通過。

✅ Janod磁鐵世界地圖真的很值得入手，我還沒看過市面上有類似的東西！上面有中英文地名，還有各國家特色與文化風情。運用拼圖的方式，讓小孩更容易記住地理位置。台灣也有在裡面喔！有繩子可以掛在牆上，不占空間。
✅ Janod磁鐵書的造型就是一本硬殼書，盒蓋就是磁鐵板，很精美。磁鐵厚實質感很好。有非常多款式。小雯最推薦有趣的臉、四季、交通工具、英文字母拼字、幾何創意拼。
